Claims (8)
- 회전 중심 축과, 스프로킷 결합 표면을 포함하는 복수의 이(32 또는 102)를 포함하는 스프로킷(30 또는 100)이며,상기 이 및 스프로킷 결합 표면은 스프로킷의 주연부 주위로 이격되어 있으며, 스프로킷 결합 표면은 핀 중심 축을 갖는 조인트(94)에서 상호 연결되는 링크(82 또는 92)와 체인(80 또는 90)을 결합시키도록 배치되고,스프로킷 결합 표면은 스프로킷 결합 표면에 의해 결합되는 체인 링크의 핀 축과 스프로킷 중심 축 사이의 거리에 의해 규정되는 피치 반경으로 체인을 배치시키도록 스프로킷 중심 축으로부터 거리를 두고 이격되어 있고, 스프로킷 이 및 결합 표면은 최소 피치 반경, 최대 피치 반경 및 그들 사이의 중간 피치 반경(PR1, PR2, PR3)을 제공하도록 배열되고,피치 반경(PR1, PR2, PR3)은 스프로킷의 주연부 주위로 그 자체로 연속으로 반복하는 패턴으로 배열되어 체인에 가해지는 장력을 재분산시켜 스프로킷의 작동중에 체인에 인가되는 전체 장력을 감소시키며,피치 반경(PR)의 패턴은 적어도 하나의 완전한 피치 반경(PR) 패턴과, 완전한 피치 반경(PR) 패턴보다 적어도 하나 작은 패턴을 포함하는 스프로킷.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이(32 또는 102)의 스프로킷 결합 표면은 스프로킷(30 또는 100)과 결합되는 링크(82 또는 92)의 인접한 핀 축들 사이의 거리를 실질적으로 일정하게 유지시키는 스프로킷.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 피치 반경(PR)의 패턴과, 피치 반경(PR)에 의해 제공되는 장력의 타이밍은, 스프로킷이 공진 조건에서 작동하는 체인(80 또는 90)과 함께 작동하는 직선 스프로킷(10)인 경우에 비하여 공진 조건에서 체인(80 또는 90)과 작동되는 스프로킷(30 또는 100)의 동작 중에 최대 체인 장력을 감소시키기에 효과적인 스프로킷.
- 자동차 타이밍 시스템이며,구동 체인 외부의 장력 하중 공급원에 영향을 받으며, 복수의 링크(82 또는 92)를 갖는 체인(80 또는 90)을 포함하고,각각의 링크는 조인트(94)에 의해 상호 연결되는 2개 이상의 판으로 형성되고, 각각의 조인트는 중심 종축을 가지며, 링크는 접촉면을 제공하고,상기 체인은 체인과 구동 결합되는 적어도 하나의 스프로킷과 체인과 피동 결합되는 적어도 하나의 스프로킷(30 또는 100)에 대해 루프로 이동하고,각각의 스프로킷은 회전 중심 축과, 체인 링크 접촉면에 결합되도록 배치되는 스프로킷의 주연부 주위로 이격되어 있는 복수의 표면을 가지며,스프로킷 결합 표면은 스프로킷 결합 표면에 의해 결합된 체인 링크의 핀 축과 스프로킷 중심 축 사이의 거리에 의해 규정되는 피치 반경으로 체인을 위치 설정하도록 스프로킷 중심 축으로부터 거리를 두고 이격되어 있고,적어도 하나의 스프로킷의 결합 표면은 적어도 제1 피치 반경, 적어도 제2 피치 반경 및 적어도 제3 피치 반경(PR1, PR2, PR3)으로 체인에 결합되도록 배치되고,제1, 제2 및 제3 피치 반경은 상이하며, 스프로킷의 각각의 회전과 함께 그 자체가 연속으로 반복되는 패턴으로 배열되고, 피치 반경(PR)의 패턴은 적어도 하나의 완전한 피치 반경(PR) 패턴과, 완전한 피치 반경(PR) 패턴보다 적어도 하나 작은 패턴을 포함하며, 상기 패턴은 하나 이상의 스프로킷 오더에 체인 장력을 집중하여 스프로킷이 직선 스프로킷인 시스템의 최대 체인 장력에 비하여 시스템의 작동 중에 최대 체인 장력을 감소시키며,피치 반경 및 피치 반경에 의해 제공되는 장력의 타이밍은, 스프로킷이 공진 조건에서 작동하는 체인과 함께 작동하는 직선 스프로킷인 경우에 비하여 공진 조건에서 체인과 함께 작동되는 스프로킷의 동작 중에 최대 체인 장력을 감소시키는, 자동차 타이밍 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제1 피치 반경(PR1)은 제2 피치 반경(PR2)보다 크고, 제2 피치 반경(PR2)은 제3 피치 반경(PR3)보다 큰 자동차 타이밍 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 패턴은 스프로킷(30 또는 100)의 각각의 회전에서 적어도 2번 반복되는 자동차 타이밍 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 패턴은 스프로킷(30 또는 100)의 각각의 회전에서 적어도 3번 반복되는 자동차 타이밍 시스템.
