Claims (20)
- 원자 비율(%)로,Ni : 30 내지 50,Fe : 35 내지 55,B : 12 내지 18,C : 0.01 내지 4,0.01≤Si<1, W : 0.1 내지 5, Mo : 0.1 내지 5, Cr : 0.1 내지 20 및 V : 0.1 내지 10 중에서 선택된 하나 이상 및,잔류 불순물로 구성되고,상기 요소의 총 합은 100 원자 비율(%)인 액상 확산 접합용 합금.
- 원자 비율(%)로,22<Ni≤60,B : 7 내지 18,4<C≤11,0.01≤Si<1, W : 0.1 내지 5, Mo : 0.1 내지 5, Cr : 0.1 내지 20 및 V : 0.1 내지 10 중에서 선택된 하나 이상과,잔여부인 Fe 및 잔류 불순물을 포함하는 액상 확산 접합용 합금.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 합금은 1030 내지 1100℃의 융점을 갖고 (접합부의 인장 강도)/(기저 물질의 인장 강도)의 비가 1.00 이상인 액상 확산 접합용 합금.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 합금은 5 내지 300μm의 평균 입경을 갖는 분말의 형태인 액상 확산 접합용 합금.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 합금은 3 내지 200μm의 두께를 갖는 포일 형태인 액상 확산 접합용 합금.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 액상 확산 접합용 합금을 통해 서로 접합되는 둘 이상의 니켈계 합금 기저 물질을 포함하는 구성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 액상 확산 접합용 합금을 통해 서로 접합되는 둘 이상의 철계 합금 기저 물질을 포함하는 구성물.
