Claims (5)
- 둘레면에 중앙의 방전 갭을 사이에 두고 도전성 피막이 분할 형성된 기둥 형상의 절연성 부재와, 그 절연성 부재의 양단에 대향 배치되어 상기 도전성 피막에 접촉하는 한쌍의 주방전 전극 부재와, 상기 한쌍의 주방전 전극 부재를 양단에 배치하여 상기 절연성 부재를 내부에 봉지 가스와 함께 봉지하는 절연성관을 구비한 서지 흡수기로서,상기 주방전 전극 부재가, 상기 절연성관의 단면과 납재로 접착되는 주연부와,상기 절연성관의 내측이면서 축방향으로 돌출함과 동시에 지름 방향 내측면에서 상기 절연성 부재를 지지하는 돌출 지지부를 구비하고,상기 한쌍의 주방전 전극 부재의 상기 돌출 지지부의 대향하는 면인 주방전면에, 산화 처리에 의한 산화막이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 서지 흡수기.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 산화막의 평균 막두께가 0.01㎛ 이상 2.0㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 서지 흡수기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 주방전 전극 부재가 Cr을 포함하는 부재로서, 상기 산화막 표면에 Cr이 표면 부화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 서지 흡수기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 산화막의 평균 막두께가 0.01㎛ 이상 2.0㎛ 이하이고, 상기 주방전 전극 부재가 Cr을 포함하는 부재로서, 상기 산화막 표면에 Cr이 표면 부화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 서지 흡수기.
