Abstract
Description
본 발명의 방법은 실록세인 비스페놀의 비스클로로포르메이트를 연속적으로 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 연속적이란, 반응물이 적합한 반응기 시스템에 유입되고, 이동안 산물이 시스템으로부터 동시에 제거되는 것을 의미한다. 본 발명에서는 하나 이상의 실록세인 비스페놀, 포스겐 및 하나 이상의 알칼리 금속 수산화물 또는 알칼리 토금속 수산화물이 유동 반응기에 유입된다. 반응물이 도입되는 위치 및 생성물을 함유하는 유출 스트림이 반응기로부터 배출되는 위치를 통과하는 동안, 반응물을 생성물인 비스클로로포르메이트를 형성하는 유동 반응기에 통과시킨다. 산물의 수율은 예상치못하게도 심지어 포스겐 또는 금속 수산화물이 상당히 과량으로 존재할 때 조차도, 반응 매개변수, 예컨대 실록세인 비스페놀, 금속 수산화물 및 포스겐의 상대적인 양에 크게 의존한다. 추가로, 유사한 조건 하에서 연속 모드의 공정 작동은 유사한 회분 공정에 비하여 예상치 못한 고수율을 제공한다는 것을 발견하였다.
Claims (20)
- 하나 이상의 실록세인 비스페놀, 하나 이상의 알칼리 금속 수산화물 또는 알칼리 토금속 수산화물 및 포스겐을 유동 반응기에 도입하는 단계를 포함하는 실록세인 비스페놀의 비스클로로포르메이트의 연속적인 제조방법으로서,상기 포스겐을 실록세인 비스페놀 OH 기에 대한 포스겐의 비가 실록세인 비스페놀 OH 기의 몰 당 포스겐 2.5 내지 6몰의 범위가 되도록 도입하고, 상기 알칼리 금속 수산화물 또는 알칼리 토금속 수산화물을 수용액으로서 도입하고, 상기 수용액이 5중량% 이상의 금속 수산화물 농도를 갖고, 상기 금속 수산화물을 포스겐에 대한 상기 금속 수산화물의 몰비가 3.5 내지 6의 범위가 되도록 도입하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,실록세인 비스페놀이 하기 화학식 I의 구조를 갖는 제조방법:화학식 I상기 식에서,R1은 서로 독립적으로 하나 이상의 C1-C10 알킬 또는 아릴 기에 의해 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 C1-C10 알킬렌 기, 산소 원자, 옥시알킬렌옥시 잔기(-O-(CH2)t-O-) 또는 옥시알킬렌 잔기(-O-(CH2)t-)(여기서, t는 2 내지 20의 정수이다)이고;R2 및 R3은 각각 독립적으로 할로겐, C1-C6 알콕시, C1-C6 알킬 또는 C6-C10 아릴이고;z 및 q는 각각 독립적으로 0 내지 4의 정수이고;R4, R5, R6 및 R7은 각각 독립적으로 C1-C6 알킬, 아릴, C2-C6 알켄일, 사이아노, 트라이플루오로프로필 또는 스타이렌일이고;p는 1 내지 100의 정수이다.
