Abstract
Description
Claims (23)
- (a) 계면 반응 조건하에서 하이드록시-말단 폴리카보네이트 올리고머를 실록세인 비스클로로포메이트와 접촉시켜 실리콘-함유 폴리카보네이트 중간체를 제공하는 단계; 및(b) 계면 반응 조건하에서 상기 중간체를 1종 이상의 비스페놀, 1종 이상의 말단캡핑제 및 포스젠과 반응시켜 실리콘-함유 코폴리카보네이트를 제공하는 단계를 포함하는, 실리콘-함유 코폴리카보네이트의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하이드록시-말단 폴리카보네이트 올리고머가 500 내지 15000달톤 범위의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하이드록시-말단 폴리카보네이트 올리고머가 25% 이하의 말단캡핑율을 갖는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하이드록시-말단 폴리카보네이트 올리고머가 1종 이상의 다이하이드록시 방향족 화합물로부터 유도된 구조 단위를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 다이하이드록시 방향족 화합물이 하이드로퀴논, 레조르시놀, 메틸하이드로퀴논, 2,6-다이하이드록시나프탈렌, 1,4-다이하이드록시나프탈렌, 4-메틸레조르시놀 및 5-메틸레조르시놀로 구성된 방향족 다이올의 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 다이하이드록시 방향족 화합물이 하기 화학식 I의 비스페놀인 방법:화학식 I상기 식에서,R1은 각각 독립적으로 할로겐 원자, 니트로기, 사이아노기, C1-C20 알킬기, C4-C20 사이클로알킬기 또는 C6-C20 아릴기이고,n 및 m은 독립적으로 0 내지 4의 정수이고,
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 화학식 I의 비스페놀이 비스페놀 A; 2,2-비스(4-하이드록시-3-메틸페닐)프로페인; 2,2-비스(4-하이드록시-2-메틸페닐)프로페인; 2,2-비스(3-클로로-4-하이드록시페닐)프로페인; 2,2-비스(3-브로모-4-하이드록시페닐)프로페인; 2,2-비스(4-하이드록시-3-아이소프로필페닐)프로페인; 1,1-비스(4-하이드록시페닐)사이클로헥세인; 1,1-비스(4-하이드록시-3-메틸페닐)사이클로헥세인; 1,1-비스(4-하이드록시페닐)-3,3,5-트라이메틸사이클로헥세인; 4,4'-다이하이드록시-1,1-바이페닐; 4,4'-다이하이드록시-3,3'-다이메틸-1,1-바이페닐; 4,4'-다이하이드록시-3,3'-다이옥틸-1,1-바이페닐; 4,4'-다이하이드록시다이페닐에터; 4,4'-다이하이드록시다이페닐싸이오에터; 1,3-비스(2-(4-하이드록시페닐)-2-프로필)벤젠; 1,3-비스(2-(4-하이드록시-3-메틸페닐)-2-프로필)벤젠; 1,4-비스(2-(4-하이드록시페닐)-2-프로필)벤젠; 및 1,4-비스(2-(4-하이드록시-3-메틸페닐)-2-프로필)벤젠으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 실록세인 비스클로로포메이트가 하기 화학식 II를 갖는 방법:화학식 II상기 식에서,R4는 각각 독립적으로 1개 이상의 C1-C10 알킬 또는 아릴기로 선택적으로 치환된 C1-C10 알킬렌기, 산소 원자, 옥시알킬렌옥시 잔기 -O-(CH2)t-O-, 또는 옥시알킬렌 잔기 -O-(CH2)t-(여기서, t는 2 내지 20의 정수임)이고,R5 및 R6은 각각 독립적으로 할로겐, C1-C6 알콕시, C1-C6 알킬 또는 C6-C10 아릴이고,z 및 q는 독립적으로 0 내지 4의 정수이고,R7, R8, R9 및 R10은 각각 독립적으로 C1-C6 알킬, 아릴, C2-C6 알케닐, 사이아노, 트라이플루오로프로필 또는 스타이레닐이고,p는 1 내지 100의 정수이다.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 실록세인 비스클로로포메이트가 하기 화학식 III의 유게놀 실록세인 비스클로로포메이트, 하기 화학식 IV의 4-알릴-2-메틸페닐 실록세인 비스클로로포메이트, 하기 화학식 V의 2-알릴페닐 실록세인 비스클로로포메이트, 하기 화학식 VI의 4-알릴페닐 실록세인 비스클로로포메이트, 하기 화학식 VII의 4-알릴옥시페닐 실록세인 비스클로로포메이트 및 하기 화학식 VIII의 4-바이닐페닐 실록세인 비스클로로포메이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법:화학식 III화학식 IV화학식 V화학식 VI화학식 VII화학식 VIII상기 식에서, p는 1 내지 100의 정수이다.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 화학식 II의 실록세인 비스클로로포메이트가 5% 미만의 하이드록시기를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,실록세인 비스클로로포메이트가 5% 미만의 하이드록시기를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 실리콘-함유 폴리카보네이트 중간체가 0.1 내지 40중량%의 실록세인을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 비스페놀이 하기 화학식 I을 갖는 방법:화학식 I상기 식에서,R1은 각각 독립적으로 할로겐 원자, 니트로기, 사이아노기, C1-C20 알킬기, C4-C20 사이클로알킬기 또는 C6-C20 아릴기이고,n 및 m은 독립적으로 0 내지 4의 정수이고,
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 화학식 I의 비스페놀이 비스페놀 A; 2,2-비스(4-하이드록시-3-메틸페닐)프로 페인; 2,2-비스(4-하이드록시-2-메틸페닐)프로페인; 2,2-비스(3-클로로-4-하이드록시페닐)프로페인; 2,2-비스(3-브로모-4-하이드록시페닐)프로페인; 2,2-비스(4-하이드록시-3-아이소프로필페닐)프로페인; 1,1-비스(4-하이드록시페닐)사이클로헥세인; 1,1-비스(4-하이드록시-3-메틸페닐)사이클로헥세인; 1,1-비스(4-하이드록시페닐)-3,3,5-트라이메틸사이클로헥세인; 4,4'-다이하이드록시-1,1-바이페닐; 4,4'-다이하이드록시-3,3'-다이메틸-1,1-바이페닐; 4,4'-다이하이드록시-3,3'-다이옥틸-1,1-바이페닐; 4,4'-다이하이드록시다이페닐에터; 4,4'-다이하이드록시다이페닐싸이오에터; 1,3-비스(2-(4-하이드록시페닐)-2-프로필)벤젠; 1,3-비스(2-(4-하이드록시-3-메틸페닐)-2-프로필)벤젠; 1,4-비스(2-(4-하이드록시페닐)-2-프로필)벤젠; 및 1,4-비스(2-(4-하이드록시-3-메틸페닐)-2-프로필)벤젠으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 실리콘-함유 코폴리카보네이트가, 단계 (b)에서 언급된 상기 비스페놀로부터 유도된 반복 단위를 실리콘-함유 코폴리카보네이트의 총 중량의 0.1 내지 95중량%에 상응하는 양으로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 말단캡핑제가 모노하이드록시 방향족 화합물, 지방족 산 클로라이드, 방향족 산 클로라이드, 지방족 모노클로로포메이트 및 방향족 모노클로로포메이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 말단캡핑제가 페놀, p-큐밀페놀, 카다놀, 옥타데실페놀, 도데실페놀, 메시톨, 2,6-자일레놀, 2,4-자일레놀, 2,5-자일레놀, 2,3,5-자일레놀, 2,3,6-자일레놀, 2,4,6-트라이에틸페놀, 2,4-다이-t-부틸페놀, 3,5-다이-t-부틸페놀, 2,6-다이메틸-4-노닐페놀, 2,6-다이브로모페놀, 2,5-다이브로모페놀, 2,6-다이클로로페놀, 2,5- 다이클로로페놀, 4-클로로-2,6-다이브로모페놀, 4-브로모-2,6-다이클로로페놀, 2,4,6-트라이브로모페놀, 2,3,6-트라이브로모페놀, 2,4,6-트라이클로로페놀, 2,3,6-트라이클로로페놀, 2,6-다이메틸-4-브로모페놀, 4-t-부틸-2,6-다이메틸페놀, 2,6-다이-t-부틸-4-메틸페놀, 3-t-부틸-2,6-다이메틸페놀, 2,6-다이페닐페놀, 2-페닐페놀, 2-메틸-6-페닐페놀, 2-메틸-4-페닐페놀, 2,6-다이메틸-4-페닐페놀, 4-프로페닐페놀 및 4-(4-하이드록시페닐)-2,2,4-트라이메틸크로만으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.

- (a) 계면 반응 조건하에서, 1000 내지 3000달톤 범위의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 하이드록시-말단 비스페놀 A 폴리카보네이트 올리고머를 하기 화학식 III의 유게놀 실록세인 비스클로로포메이트와 접촉시켜 실리콘-함유 폴리카보네이트 중간체를 제공하는 단계; 및(b) 계면 반응 조건하에서 상기 중간체를 비스페놀 A, p-큐밀페놀 및 포스젠과 반응시켜 0.1 내지 40중량%의 실록세인 단위를 포함하는 실리콘-함유 코폴리카보네이트를 제공하는 단계를 포함하는, 실리콘-함유 코폴리카보네이트의 제조방법:화학식 III상기 식에서, p는 1 내지 100의 정수이다.
