Claims (20)
- 축방향 일단측에서 개구되어 내주면의 원주 방향 3등분 위치에 축방향으로 연장되는 오목홈을 형성한, 제1회전축 단부에 고정되는 중공 원통형의 하우징과,제2회전축 단부에 고정되는 보스와, 보스의 원주 방향 3등분 위치에서 반경 방향으로 돌출된 단부가 구형의 트러니온 저널로 이루어진 트리포드와,내주면을 트러니온 저널의 구형 외주면에 진동 가능하게 끼워 넣은 이너 롤러와, 이너 롤러의 외주면에 니들 롤러를 통해 회전 및 축심 방향 이동 가능하게 지지된 아우터 롤러로 이루어진 롤러 어셈블리를 가지며,아우터 롤러를 하우징의 오목홈에 수용시켜 하우징 축방향으로 회전 가능하게 하고 오목홈이 아우터 롤러의 외주면과 접촉하여 부하를 받는 가이드면과 아우터 롤러를 하우징 축방향으로 안내하는 안내면으로 이루어지며 상기 보스의 제2회전축의 단부측 외경만 크게 모따기를 한 트리포드형 등속 조인트.
- 제1항에서, 트러니온 저널의 구형 외주면 중 부하를 받는 위치에 평면 또는 오목면을 설치한 트리포드형 등속 조인트.
- 제1항에서, 아우터 롤러의 내주면의 적어도 한쪽 단부에 니들 롤러 리테이너를 일체로 설치한 트리포드형 등속 조인트.
- 제1항에서, 이너 롤러의 외주면의 적어도 한쪽 단부에 니들 롤러 리테이너를 일체로 설치한 트리포드형 등속 조인트.
- 제1항에서, 아우터 롤러의 원통형 내주면의 조인트 내경측 단부의 내경을 이너 롤러의 외경보다 작게 한 트리포드형 등속 조인트.
- 제1항에서, 이너 롤러의 원통형 외주면의 조인트 외경측 단부의 외경을 아우터 롤러의 내경보다 크게 한 트리포드형 등속 조인트.
- 축방향 일단측에서 개구되어 내주면의 원주 방향 3등분 위치에 축방향으로 연장되는 오목홈을 형성한, 제1회전축의 단부에 고정되는 중공 원통형 하우징과,제2회전축의 단부에 고정되는 보스와, 보스의 원주 방향 3등분 위치에서 반경 방향으로 돌출된 단부가 구형의 트러니온 저널로 이루어진 트리포드와,내주면을 트러니온 저널의 구형 외주면에 진동 가능하게 끼워 넣은 이너 롤러와, 이너 롤러의 외주면에 니들 롤러를 통해 회전 및 축심 방향 이동 가능하게 지지된 아우터 롤러로 이루어진 롤러 어셈블리를 가지며,아우터 롤러를 하우징의 오목홈에 수용시켜 하우징 축방향으로 회전 가능하게 하고 오목홈이 아우터 롤러의 외주면과 접촉하여 부하를 받는 가이드면과 아우터 롤러를 하우징 축방향으로 안내하는 안내면으로 이루어지며 트러니온 저널의 단조 분리선을 따라 부분적으로 도피부를 설치함으로써 분리선의 융기부를 트러니온 저널의 외주면보다 안쪽으로 후퇴시키며,트리포드의 보스의 축방향 일단측 외경을 타단측보다 크게 모따기 함으로써 롤러 어셈블리를 기울여 트러니온 저널에 부착할 때 롤러 어셈블리가 상기 보스와 간섭하지 않도록 한 트리포드형 등속 조인트.
- 삭제
- 제7항에서, 롤러 어셈블리를 트러니온 저널에 부착할 때 롤러 어셈블리를 기울이는 각도를 θ로 했을 때 트러니온 저널의 단조 분리선부를 포함한 각도 θ방향의 투영 최대 직경이 이너 롤러 삽입측 내경 이하인 트리포드형 등속 조인트.
- 제7항에서, 롤러 어셈블리가 트러니온 저널에서 분리되기 시작하는 각도를 θ1로 했을 때 트리포드 키트에 회전축을 장착한 후 롤러 어셈블리를 각도 θ2(θ2 <θ1)까지 기울이면 회전축과 간섭하도록 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 트리포드형 등속 조인트.
