Abstract
【解決手段】トリポード系自在継手は、トラニオンジャーナル26に回転自在にローラアセンブリ30を担持し、ローラアセンブリ30は、外周面が真球状のスフェリカルローラ32と、スフェリカルローラ32とトラニオンジャーナル26との間に配列した複数の針状ころ34とからなり、トラニオンジャーナル26の外周に、針状ころ34のための軌道28と、針状ころ34の軸方向移動を規制するためのつば28a,28bが形成してあり、トラニオンジャーナル26の先端面に塑性加工を施すことにより、トラニオンジャーナル26の先端外周に針状ころ34の外接円を越える突起38Cが設けてある。

また、スフェリカルローラが簡単に脱落してしまうことがないので、スパイダのトラニオンジャーナルにローラアセンブリを組み付けたいわゆるトリポードキットの状態での取り扱いすなわちユニットハンドリングが可能で、搬送や組み付け作業が容易となる。

Claims (3)
- 内周の円周方向等分位置に軸方向に延びるトラックを形成した外輪と、円周方向等分位置から半径方向に突出したトラニオンジャーナルを有するスパイダと、各トラニオンジャーナルに回転自在に担持されたローラアセンブリとを備え、前記ローラアセンブリが、外周面が真球状のスフェリカルローラと、前記トラニオンジャーナルと前記スフェリカルローラとの間に配列した複数の針状ころとからなり、前記トラニオンジャーナルの外周に、前記針状ころのための軌道と、前記針状ころの軸方向移動を規制するためのつばが形成してあり、前記トラニオンジャーナルの先端面に塑性加工を施すことにより、前記トラニオンジャーナルの先端外周に前記針状ころの外接円を越える突起が設けてある自在継手。
- 前記トラニオンジャーナルの数が3である請求項1の自在継手。
