- 삭제
- 서열번호 22의 염기서열을 갖는 프라이머 및 서열번호 23의 염기서열로 이루어진 프라이머로 이루어진 프라이머 세트; 및 상기 서열번호 22의 염기서열의 상보적인 염기서열을 갖는 프라이머 및 서열번호 23의 염기서열의 상보적인 염기서열을 갖는 프라이머로 이루어진 프라이머 세트로 이루어진 군 중에서 1종 이상 선택된 것인 한우 선별용 프라이머 세트.
- a) 판별 대상이 되는 소로부터 DNA 시료를 채취하는 단계; 및b) 서열번호 22의 염기서열을 포함하는 프라이머와 서열번호 23의 염기서열을 포함하는 프라이머로 이루어진 프라이머 세트를 이용하여 상기 DNA 시료를 증폭시키는 단계; 및c) 상기 증폭 산물을 분석하여, 한우 고유의 유전자 표식을 탐지하는 단계를 포함하는 한우 또는 한우육의 판별방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,c) 단계는 상기 증폭 산물을 전기영동하여 DNA 밴드가 단일밴드 또는 복수 개의 밴드인지 여부를 확인하는 것인 한우 또는 한우육의 판별방법.
- 서열번호 22의 염기서열을 포함하는 프라이머와 서열번호 23의 염기서열을 포함하는 프라이머로 이루어진 프라이머 세트를 이용하여 DNA 시료를 증폭시킬 수 있는 증폭 수단 및 상기 증폭 수단에 의해 증폭된 증폭 산물로부터 한우 고유의 유전자표식을 탐지하는 탐지수단을 포함하는 한우 또는 한우육 판별 키트.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 탐지수단은 상기 증폭 산물을 전기영동한 후에, 상기 전기영동의 결과인 DNA 밴드가 단일밴드 또는 복수 개의 밴드인지 여부를 확인할 수 있는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 한우 또는 한우육 판별 키트.
