Claims (12)
- (A) 나일론 열가소성 수지, 및(B) 화학식 1의 실록산 개질된 아미드를 용융 혼합하여 생성된 반응 생성물을 80% 이상 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.화학식 1위의 화학식 1에서,DP(중합도)는 1 내지 700이고,n은 1 내지 500이고,X는 탄소수 1 내지 30의 직쇄형 또는 분지형 알킬렌이고,Y는 탄소수 1 내지 40의 직쇄형 또는 분지형 알킬렌이며, 여기서,(a) 알킬렌 그룹은 알킬렌 부분에 (i) 1 내지 3개의 아미드 결합, (ii) C5 또는 C6 사이클로알칸 및 (iii) 독립적으로 C1 내지 C3 알킬인 1 내지 3개의 구성원으로 치환되거나 비치환된 페닐렌 중의 하나 이상을 임의로 및 추가로 함유할 수 있고;(b) 알킬렌 그룹 자체는 (i) 하이드록시, (ii) C3 내지 C8 사이클로알칸, (iii) 독립적으로 C1 내지 C3 알킬인 1 내지 3개의 구성원, 독립적으로 C1 내지 C3 알킬인 1 내지 3개 구성원으로 치환되거나 비치환된 페닐, (iv) C1 내지 C3 알킬 하이드록시 및 (v) C1 내지 C6 알킬 아민 중의 하나 이상으로 치환되거나 비치환될 수 있고,(c) Y는 Z일 수 있는데, 여기서, Z는 T(R20)(R21)(R22)이고, 이때 R20, R21 및 R22는 각각 독립적으로 직쇄형 또는 분지형 C1 내지 C10 알킬렌이고, T는 CR이며, R은 수소, R1 내지 R4에 대해 아래에서 정의한 그룹, 또는 N, P 및 Al과 같은 3가 원자이고,R1 내지 R4는 각각 독립적으로 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 이소프로필, 실록산 쇄, 또는 페닐이고, 이때 페닐은 비치환되거나 메틸 또는 에틸인 1 내지 3개의 구성원으로 치환될 수 있으며,X, Y, DP 및 R1 내지 R4는 각각의 폴리아미드 단위에 대해 동일하거나 상이할 수 있다.

- 제1항에 있어서, (A) 나일론 열가소성 수지 100중량부당 (B) 화학식 1의 실록산 개질된 아미드 20 내지 50중량부가 사용되는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 나일론 열가소성 수지가 나일론 6, 나일론 6/6, 나일론 6/12, 나일론 12 및 이들의 혼합물 그룹으로부터 선택되는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- (A) 나일론 열가소성 수지와(B) 화학식 1의 실록산 개질된 아미드를 용융 혼합함을 포함하여, 성분(A) 및 성분(B)를 80중량% 이상 함유하는 열가소성 수지 조성물을 제조하는 방법.화학식 1위의 화학식 1에서,DP(중합도)는 1 내지 700이고,n은 1 내지 500이고,X는 탄소수 1 내지 30의 직쇄형 또는 분지형 알킬렌이고,Y는 탄소수 1 내지 40의 직쇄형 또는 분지형 알킬렌이며, 여기서,(a) 알킬렌 그룹은 알킬렌 부분에 (i) 1 내지 3개의 아미드 결합, (ii) C5 또는 C6 사이클로알칸 및 (iii) 독립적으로 C1 내지 C3 알킬인 1 내지 3개의 구성원으로 치환되거나 비치환된 페닐렌 중의 하나 이상을 임의로 및 추가로 함유할 수 있고;(b) 알킬렌 그룹 자체는 (i) 하이드록시, (ii) C3 내지 C8 사이클로알칸, (iii) 독립적으로 C1 내지 C3 알킬인 1 내지 3개의 구성원, 독립적으로 C1 내지 C3 알킬인 1 내지 3개의 구성원으로 치환되거나 비치환된 페닐, (iv) C1 내지 C3 알킬 하이드록시 및 (v) C1 내지 C6 알킬 아민 중의 하나 이상으로 치환되거나 비치환될 수 있고,(c) Y는 Z일 수 있는데, 여기서, Z는 T(R20)(R21)(R22)이고, 이때, R20, R21 및 R22는 각각 독립적으로 직쇄형 또는 분지형 C1 내지 C10 알킬렌이고, T는 CR이며, R은 수소, R1 내지 R4에 대해 아래에서 정의한 그룹, 또는 N, P 및 Al과 같은 3가 원자이고,R1 내지 R4는 각각 독립적으로 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 이소프로필, 실록산 쇄, 또는 페닐이고, 이때, 페닐은 비치환되거나 메틸 또는 에틸인 1 내지 3개의 구성원으로 치환될 수 있으며,X, Y, DP 및 R1 내지 R4는 각각의 폴리아미드 단위에 대해 동일하거나 상이할 수 있다.
