Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- (S1) 음각으로 패터닝된 하드몰드에 클리셰 형성용 필름을 밀착시켜 1회용 클리셰를 제조하는 단계;(S2) 탄성블랭킷 실린더에 잉크 또는 수지를 도포하는 단계;(S3) 상기 탄성블랭킷 실린더를 상기 1회용 클리셰에 압착하여 상기 1회용 클리셰의 상대적으로 돌출된 양각부분과 맞닿는 부분에 도포된 상기 탄성블랭킷 실린더 면의 잉크 또는 수지를 제거하는 단계; 및(S4) 상기 탄성블랭킷 실린더 면에 남은 잉크 또는 수지를 기재에 전사시키는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세패턴 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 (S1) 단계는, 상기 하드몰드에 공기 흡입을 위한 구멍을 뚫고, 상기 구멍을 통해 공기를 흡입하여 상기 클리셰 형성용 필름을 상기 하드몰드로 진공 밀착시켜 1회용 클리셰를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세패턴 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 (S1) 단계는, 상기 클리셰 형성용 필름을 상기 하드몰드와 상보적인 패턴을 가지는 상보하드몰드 및 상기 하드몰드 사이에 놓고, 상기 상보하드몰드 및 상기 하드몰드를 압착하여 끼워 맞춘 후, 상기 상보하드몰드를 탈거시켜 1회용 클 리셰를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세패턴 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하드몰드는, 유리, 금속, 금속산화물 및 플라스틱으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 물질을 이용하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 미세패턴 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하드몰드는, 습식식각법, 건식식각법, 포토리소그래피법 및 레이저성형법 중 선택된 하나의 방법에 의해 음각 패터닝된 것을 특징으로 하는 미세패턴 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 클리셰 형성용 필름은, 그 두께가 70㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 미세패턴 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 클리셰 형성용 필름은, 그 표면에너지가 상기 잉크의 표면에너지보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 미세패턴 형성방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 클리셰 형성용 필름은, 폴리에틸렌필름, 폴리에틸렌텔레프탈레이트필름 및 알루미늄필름 중 선택된 하나의 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 미세패턴 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄성블랭킷 실린더는, 원통형의 롤 외부에 탄성고무가 코팅되어 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 미세패턴 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄성블랭킷 실린더는, 탄성고무를 포함하여 이루어진 평판패드를 원통형 롤 외부에 장착시켜 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 미세패턴 형성방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서,상기 탄성고무는, 실리콘고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 미세패턴 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 잉크는, 열경화형 또는 광경화형인 것을 특징으로 하는 미세패턴 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수지는, 열경화형 또는 광경화형인 것을 특징으로 하는 미세패턴 형성 방법.
