Claims (9)
- 전자발광 패널로서,밀폐된 케이스와,상기 케이스 안에 수용되고 복수의 픽셀을 한정하는 유기 디바이스로서, 하부 전극층과 상부 전극층 사이에 유기 발광층을 포함하는, 유기 디바이스와,상기 케이스 안에 배열되어 있는 게터 수단 (getter means)을 포함하는, 전자발광 패널에 있어서,상기 게터 수단은, 분자 스케일로 분산되어 있는, 알칼리 금속 수소화물과 알칼리 토금속 수소화물을 제외한 알칼리 금속 원소 또는 알칼리 토금속 원소를 포함하는 비 산화 화합물 또는 비 산화 합금을 포함하며, 이를 통해 산소, 수소 및 물과 활성 반응을 일으키는 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자발광 패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 게터 수단은,a) 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속과 다른 금속의 합금,b) 알칼리 금속 탄화물 또는 알칼리 토금속 탄화물,알칼리 금속 규화물 또는 알칼리 토금속 규화물,알칼리 금속 질화물 또는 알칼리 토금속 질화물,c) C, Si, Ge, Sn 또는 Pb에 삽입된 알칼리 금속 또는 C, Si, Ge, Sn 또는 Pb에 삽입된 알칼리 토금속의 그룹으로부터 선택된 게터 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자발광 패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 게터 수단은 게터 물질을 포함하고 이 게터 물질은 입자 형태인, 전자발광 패널.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 입자의 크기는 0.01 내지 10 마이크론인, 전자발광 패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 케이스는, 상기 유기 디바이스를 지지하는 기판과, 상기 유기 디바이스로부터 이격되어 그 위에 배열되어 있는 실링 부재와, 상기 실링 부재를 상기 기판에 접착하기 위한 실링 접착제를 포함하는, 전자발광 패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 케이스는, 상기 유기 디바이스를 지지하는 기판과, 상기 유기 디바이스와 적층 구조를 형성하도록 위치하고, 상기 기판과 함께 상기 유기 디바이스를 위한 캡슐을 형성하는 실링층을 포함하는, 전자발광 패널.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 게터 수단은 게터 물질을 포함하고 이 게터 물질은 상기 유기 디바이스와 물리적으로 연결된 위치에 위치하는, 전자발광 패널.
- 게터 수단 (getter means)으로서,분자 스케일로 분산되어 있는, 알칼리 금속 수소화물과 알칼리 토금속 수소화물을 제외한 알칼리 금속 원소 또는 알칼리 토금속 원소를 포함하는 비 산화 화합물 (non-oxidic compound) 또는 비 산화 합금을 포함하고, 이를 통해 산소, 수소 및 물과 활성 반응을 일으키는 물질인, 게터 수단.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 게터 수단은,a) 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속과 다른 금속의 합금,b) 알칼리 금속 탄화물 또는 알칼리 토금속 탄화물,알칼리 금속 규화물 또는 알칼리 토금속 규화물,알칼리 금속 질화물 또는 알칼리 토금속 질화물,c) C, Si, Ge, Sn 또는 Pb에 삽입된 알칼리 금속 또는 C, Si, Ge, Sn 또는 Pb에 삽입된 알칼리 (토)금속의 그룹으로부터 선택된 게터 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 게터 수단.
