Abstract
Il processo secondo la presente invenzione prevede l'assorbimento di gas residui in un contenitore per mezzo di un getter a base di bario, non evaporato e non attivo. Esso comprende le fasi di ridurre una lega di Baz + (Ba1-x Ax) Bm ad una granulometria inferiore a 5mm, sotto vuoto o in atmosfera di gas inerte e porre quindi la lega in tali condizioni nel contenitore. Dopo aver esposto la lega al gas residuo nel contenitore a temperatura ambiente, il gas viene assorbito. Il metallo A è un metallo scelto nel Gruppo IIa della tabella periodica degli elementi, escluso il bario. Il metallo B è scelto nel gruppo costituito dagli elementi dei Gruppi Ib, IIb, IIIA, IVa e Va della tavola periodica degli elementi. Inoltre n = 1, 2, 3 o 4 e m = 1, 2 o 5, mentre o ? x ? 0,5 e z è un valore compreso tra zero ed un valore tale che tutto il bario nella lega è inferiore al 95% in peso della lega stessa.
