Description
a)少なくとも1つのアルカリ金属又はアルカリ土類金属と他の金属との合金;
b)アルカリ(土類)金属炭化物、アルカリ(土類)金属ケイ化物、アルカリ(土類)金属窒化物;
c)C、Si、Ge、Sn又はPbにインターカレーションしたアルカリ(土類)金属
の群から選択されるゲッタ材料を有する。
a)少なくとも1つのアルカリ金属又はアルカリ土類金属と他の金属との合金;
b)アルカリ(土類)金属炭化物、アルカリ(土類)金属ケイ化物、アルカリ(土類)金属窒化物;
c)C、Si、Ge、Sn又はPbにインターカレーションした少なくとも1つのアルカリ(土類)金属
の群から選択されるゲッタ材料を有する。
Claims (14)
- 密閉ケーシングと、
前記ケーシングに収容されるとともに複数のピクセルを規定し、下部電極層と上部電極層との間に有機発光層を含む有機デバイスと、
前記ケーシング内に配置されたゲッタ手段と、
を有するエレクトロルミネセントパネルにおいて、前記ゲッタ手段は、アルカリ金属水素化物及びアルカリ土類金属水素化物を除く少なくとも1つのアルカリ金属又はアルカリ土類金属元素を有する非酸化物化合物又は合金を含み、前記非酸化物化合物又は合金は、分子スケールで分散されておりこのため依然として酸素、水素及び水との活性反応体であることを特徴とするパネル。 - 請求項1に記載のエレクトロルミネセントパネルにおいて、前記ゲッタ手段は、
a)少なくとも1つのアルカリ金属又はアルカリ土類金属と他の金属との合金;
b)アルカリ(土類)金属炭化物、アルカリ(土類)金属ケイ化物、アルカリ(土類)金属窒化物;
c)C、Si、Ge、Sn又はPbにインターカレーションした少なくとも1つのアルカリ(土類)金属
の群から選択されるゲッタ材料を有することを特徴とするパネル。 - 請求項1に記載のエレクトロルミネセントパネルにおいて、前記ゲッタ材料は粒子の形をとる、パネル。
- 請求項1に記載のエレクトロルミネセントパネルにおいて、前記粒子は、0.01〜10ミクロンのサイズを有する、パネル。
- 請求項1に記載のエレクトロルミネセントパネルにおいて、前記ケーシングは、前記有機デバイスを支持する基板と、前記有機デバイスの上方に前記有機デバイスから間隔を置いて配置される封止部材と、前記封止部材を前記基板に結合するための封止接着剤とを有する、パネル。
- 請求項1に記載のエレクトロルミネセントパネルにおいて、前記ケーシングは、前記有機デバイスを支持する基板と、前記有機デバイスとともに積層構造を形成するように配置され、前記基板とともに前記有機デバイスのためのカプセルを形成する封止層とを有する、パネル。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のエレクトロルミネセントパネルにおいて、前記ゲッタ材料は、前記有機デバイスと物理的に接続する位置に配置される、パネル。
- 請求項7に記載のエレクトロルミネセントパネルにおいて、前記ゲッタ材料は、水素透過層を介して前記有機デバイスと物理的に接続する位置に配置される、パネル。
- 請求項8に記載のエレクトロルミネセントパネルにおいて、前記水素透過層は、前記上部電極層に直接形成される、パネル。
- 請求項8に記載のエレクトロルミネセントパネルにおいて、前記水素透過層は、パラジウムの層である、パネル。
- 請求項8に記載のエレクトロルミネセントパネルにおいて、前記水素透過層は、高ガラス移転温度を有する有機材料である、パネル。
- 請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載のエレクトロルミネセントパネルにおいて、前記上部電極層がピンホールを有する、パネル。
- アルカリ金属水素化物及びアルカリ土類金属水素化物を除く少なくとも1つのアルカリ金属又はアルカリ土類金属元素を有する非酸化物化合物又は合金を含み、前記非酸化物化合物又は合金は、分子スケールで分散されておりこのため依然として酸素、水素及び水との活性反応体である、ゲッタ手段。
- 請求項13に記載のゲッタ手段において、
a)少なくとも1つのアルカリ金属又はアルカリ土類金属と他の金属との合金;
b)アルカリ(土類)金属炭化物、アルカリ(土類)金属ケイ化物、アルカリ(土類)金属窒化物;
c)C、Si、Ge、Sn又はPbにインターカレーションした少なくとも1つのアルカリ(土類)金属
の群から選択されるゲッタ材料を有することを特徴とするゲッタ手段。
