Claims (10)
- 광전계 요소, 특히 유기발광다이오드 디스플레이의 수용을 위한 캡슐(2, 7, 8) 및 공기중의 불순물의 흡수를 위한 게터를 구비한 기밀성 밀봉-밀폐 케이싱 유닛으로서,상기 캡슐의 내측 표면은 대구조(8a) 및 소구조(8b)를 가지며, 상기 대구조는 규칙적이거나 불규칙적인 1 내지 500 ㎛ 범위의 분화구-형상, 원추-형상, 또는 칼럼-형상의 표면 구조이고, 상기 소구조는 규칙적이거나 불규칙적인 1 내지 1000 ㎚ 범위의 분화구-형상, 원추-형상, 또는 칼럼-형상의 표면 구조이며,상기 게터 물질(6)은 상기 캡슐의 내측 표면에 직접 배치된 케이싱 유닛.
