Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の両面発光パネルは、第1透過基板と、該第1透過基板の下方に設けられる第2透過基板と、該第1透過基板の下表面に形成され、かつ該第1透過基板を介して第1画面を表示する第1有機発光層と、該第2透過基板の上表面に形成され、かつ該第2透過基板を介して第2画面を表示する第2有機発光層とを含む。

Description
Transport Layer)を通過して発光特性を有する有機物質に進入し、その内部で再結合が発生して励起子を形成し、さらにエネルギーを放出して基底状態に戻る。通常、このエネルギー放出の過程において発光材料の選択と、電子のスピン転移特性によって異なる色の光学形式の輻射が行われ、OLEDの発光現象が発生する。
請求項1に記載する両面発光表示パネルは、第1透過基板と、
該第1透過基板の下方に設けられる第2透過基板と、
該第1透過基板の下表面に形成され、かつ該第1透過基板を介して第1画面を表示する第1有機発光層と、
該第2透過基板の上表面に形成され、かつ該第2透過基板を介して第2画面を表示する第2有機発光層とを含む。
該第1透過基板の下方に設けられる第2透過基板と、
該第1透過基板の下表面に形成され、かつ該第1透過基板を介して第1画面を表示する第1有機発光層と、
該第2透過基板の上表面に形成され、かつ該第2透過基板を介して第2画面を表示する第2有機発光層と、
該第1有機発光層の外表面に形成される第1保護層と、
該第2有機発光層の外表面に形成される第2保護層とを含む。
かかる構成の両面発光表示パネルについて、その構造と特徴を詳述するために、具体的な実施例を挙げて、図面を参照にして以下に説明する。

Claims (4)
- 第1透過基板と、
該第1透過基板の下方に設けられる第2透過基板と、
該第1透過基板の下表面に形成され、かつ該第1透過基板を介して第1画面を表示する第1有機発光層と、
該第2透過基板の上表面に形成され、かつ該第2透過基板を介して第2画面を表示する第2有機発光層とを含むことを特徴とする両面発光表示パネル。 - 第1透過基板と、
該第1透過基板の下方に設けられる第2透過基板と、
該第1透過基板の下表面に形成され、かつ該第1透過基板を介して第1画面を表示する第1有機発光層と、
該第2透過基板の上表面に形成され、かつ該第2透過基板を介して第2画面を表示する第2有機発光層と、
該第1有機発光層の外表面に形成される第1保護層と、
該第2有機発光層の外表面に形成される第2保護層とを含むことを特徴とする両面発光表示パネル。 - 前記第1保護層が非導電物質か、もしくは低活性金属によって構成されるグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の両面発光表示パネル。
- 前記第1保護層が、第1乾燥剤層と、該第1乾燥剤層と該第1有機発光層とを隔離する第1隔離層とによってなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の両面発光表示パネル。
