Claims (2)
- 노즐 위치 조정 수단을 통해 토출 노즐을 지지하는 노즐 홀더를 판상재가 설치되는 테이블에 대해 상대적으로 전후 이동시킴으로써, 상기 토출 노즐로부터 토출되는 도공액을 하기 순서로 판상재에 도공하는 판상재의 도공 방법으로서,판상재에 형성한 도공면과 상기 토출 노즐 사이의 거리를 측정하기 위한 측거 수단을 미리 준비해 두고, 상기 토출 노즐과 판상재의 표면과의 거리를 변화시키는 양과 도막두께가 변화하는 양을 미리 실측에 의한 데이터로서 취득하고,상기 테이블에 시험용 판상재를 설치하고, 상기 테이블에 대해 상대적으로 상기 노즐 홀더를 전방을 향해 이동시키는 동안 상기 시험용 판상재에 토출 노즐로부터 토출되는 도공액으로 시험 도공을 실시하고,상기 테이블에 대해 상대적으로 상기 노즐 홀더를 후방을 향해 이동시키는 동안 상기 측거 수단에 의해 측정을 실시하고,원하는 도공면을 얻기 위해 상기 데이터와 상기 측거 수단에 의한 측정 결과에 따라, 상기 노즐 위치 조정 수단에 의해 상기 토출 노즐과 판상재와의 사이의 거리를 조정하는 상기 토출 노즐의 위치 조정을 실시하고,판상재에 도공액을 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 판상재의 도공 방법.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서,상기 노즐 위치 조정 수단은 상기 노즐 홀더에 반력을 취해 상기 토출 노즐에 밀어 올리는 힘 혹은 밀어 내리는 힘을 입력하는 가력 수단이며, 상기 가력 수단의 가력값에 기초하여 상기 토출 노즐의 위치 조정을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하 는 판상재의 도공 방법.
