Abstract
Description
또한, 본 발명에 의한 광학렌즈 제조방법은, 상기 드로잉 처리공정에서 상기 광학렌즈 모재의 제1 측면 및 제2 측면이 인장 롤러 사이에 유지되어 드로잉 처리되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한 본 발명에 의한 광학렌즈 제조방법은, 상기한 임의의 광학렌즈 모재를 제작하는 광학렌즈 모재 제작 공정과, 광학렌즈 모재 제작 공정에 의해 제작된 광학렌즈 모재를 기둥축 방향으로 드로잉 처리하는 드로잉 처리 공정과, 드로잉 처리 공정에 의해 드로잉 처리된 광학렌즈 모재를 소망의 길이로 절단하여 광학렌즈를 제작하는 광학렌즈 제작 공정을 포함하고, 드로잉 처리 공정에 의해 드로잉 처리된 광학렌즈 모재의 복수의 곡면부는 입사광 또는 출사광에 대하여 작용하는 광학 작용부로서 기능한다.
Claims (15)
- 복수의 발광부로부터 출사되는 각 광에 각각 대응하는 복수의 곡면부가, 상기 발광부의 배치방향(X축 방향)을 따라서 광입사면 및 광출사면의 양면에 형성되고 또한 X축 방향의 양 가장자리부에 플랜지부가 형성되며, 입사광을 광축을 중심축으로 하여 90도 선회하여 출사하는 광학렌즈 제조방법으로,각각이 기둥축방향으로 평행하게 형성된 복수의 곡면부를 가지며, 각각이 광학렌즈의 광입사면 및 광출사면이 되는 제1 측면 및 제2 측면을 구비하고, 또한 기둥축방향과 직교하는 방향의 양 가장자리부에 플랜지부가 형성된 기둥형상의 광학렌즈 모재 제작공정과,상기 광학렌즈 모재 제작공정에서 제작된 광학렌즈 모재를 가열하고, 기둥축 방향으로 늘리는 드로잉 처리공정과,상기 드로잉 처리공정에서 드로잉 처리된 상기 광학렌즈 모재를 상기 곡면부와 상기 플랜지부를 일체로 하여 기둥축방향에 대해서 45도 경사진 각도로 절단하는 절단공정,을 포함하는 광학렌즈 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 드로잉 처리공정에서 상기 광학렌즈 모재의 제1 측면 및 제2 측면이 인장 롤러 사이에 유지되어 드로잉 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학렌즈 제조방법.
