Claims (8)
- 얇은 두께의 금속판에 경사면을 형성하여 입체형상으로 하고, 그 경사면을 사이에 둔 상하에 걸쳐 형성된 비드부 표면에 경화된 고무층으로 이루어지는 실링부가 설치된 금속제 가스켓의 제조에 있어서,비드부의 정점부터 경사면의 상부 근방에 걸친 실링부와 경사면의 하부 근방부터 하부 평탄부분에 걸친 실링부가, 그들 양 실링부 형성 재료의 건조, 경화 전에 양 실링부로부터 경사면을 따라 확산된 용액상 고무 재료에 의해 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제 가스켓의 제조 방법.
- 경사면을 통하여 입체형상으로 형성된 얇은 두께의 금속판의 경사면을 사이에 둔 상하에 걸쳐 형성된 비드부 표면에, 스크린 인쇄에 의해 용액상 고무 재료를 도포한 후, 그 용액상 고무 재료를 건조, 경화시킨 고무층으로 이루어지는 실링부를 형성하는 금속제 가스켓의 실링부 형성 방법에 있어서,스크린판의 유제에 의해 경사면의 중도부에서 분단한 용액상 고무 재료를, 스크린판을 제거함으로써, 그 분단 부분에 경사면 상방으로부터 흐른 용액상 고무 재료를 경사면 하방에 인쇄한 용액상 고무 재료에 합류시켜 건조, 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제 가스켓의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 용액상 고무 재료를 경사면의 중도부에서 분단하는 마스 크 폭이 0.2~2.0mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제 가스켓의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 하프 비드부의 경우, 분단하는 마스크 폭이 0.4~1.6mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제 가스켓의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 풀 비드부의 경우, 분단하는 마스크 폭이 0.3~1.2mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제 가스켓의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 풀 비드부의 경우, 분단하는 마스크 폭이 0.3~0.6mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제 가스켓의 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 분단부가 슬릿형인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제 가스켓의 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 분단부가 딤플형인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제 가스켓의 제조 방법.
