Claims (26)
- 하나 이상의 하이드록실 함유 폴리에스테르(A) 55 내지 75중량%;페놀-포름알데히드 수지(B) 5 내지 13중량%;벤조구안아민-포름알데히드 수지(C) 0 내지 12중량%, 차단된 폴리이소시아네이트(D) 0 내지 10중량% 또는 이들 둘 다;촉매(E) 0.5 내지 2중량%; 및하나 이상의 용매(F) 5 내지 30중량%를 포함하고,성분(A) 내지 성분(F)의 중량의 합이 100중량%이며, 성분(C) 및 성분(D) 중의 적어도 하나가 존재함을 특징으로 하는, 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)로서 사용되는 폴리에스테르가 프탈산, 이소프탈산, 테레프탈산, 1,4-사이클로헥산디카복실산, 석신산, 세박산, 메틸테트라하이드로프탈산, 메틸헥사하이드로프탈산, 테트라하이드로프탈산, 도데칸디오산, 아디프산, 아젤라산, 나프탈렌디카복실산, 피로멜리트산, 이량체 지방산, 트리멜리트산 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 카복실산; 또는 이들의 산 무수물, 이들의 에스테르화 유도체 또는 이들 둘 다를 포함하는, 피복 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분(A)로서 사용되는 폴리에스테르가 에틸렌 글리콜, 1,2-프로판디올, 1,3-프로판디올, 디에틸렌 글리콜, 디프로필렌 글리콜, 트리에틸렌 글리콜, 1,4-부탄디올, 1,3-부틸에틸프로판디올, 2-메틸-1,3-프로판디올, 1,5-펜탄디올, 사이클로헥산디메탄올, 글리세롤, 1,6-헥산디올, 네오펜틸 글리콜, 트리메틸올에탄, 트리메틸올프로판, 1,4-벤질디메탄올, 1,4-벤질디에탄올, 2,4-디메틸-2-에틸헥산-1,3-디올, 디시돌 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 알콜 성분들을 포함하는, 피복 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분(A)로서 사용되는 폴리에스테르의 산가가 KOH 0 내지 10mg/g이고, 하이드록실가가 KOH 3 내지 80mg/g이고, 유리 전이 온도가 -20 내지 +50℃이고, 분자량(Mn)이 2000 내지 20000인, 피복 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분(B)로서 레졸 형태의 페놀 수지가 존재하는, 피복 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르(A)의 산가가 KOH 0 내지 10mg/g인, 피복 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르(A)의 하이드록실가가 KOH 3 내지 80mg/g인, 피복 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르(A)의 유리 전이 온도(Tg)가 -20 내지 +50℃인, 피복 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르(A)가 직쇄 또는 측쇄 구조인, 피복 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르(A)의 분자량(Mn)이 2000 내지 20000인, 피복 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분(C)로서 벤조구안아민-포름알데히드가 존재하는, 피복 조성물.
