Claims (9)
- 하기 식을 만족하는 폴리아미드계 수지(A) 및 폴리에스터계 수지(B)를 사용하여 교대로 2층 이상의 적층체로 용융 압출한 후, 급냉하여 무연신 시트를 제작하는 단계; 및상기 무연신 시트를 Tg(A)보다 5℃ 내지 20℃ 미만으로 높은 온도 범위에서, 1 내지 10초간 예열 및 이축 연신하는 단계를 포함하는, 이축 배향 적층 필름의 제조 방법.Tg(A) - 5℃ ≤ Tg(B) ≤ Tg(A) + 10℃상기 식에서,Tg(A)는 폴리아미드계 수지의 유리 전이 온도(℃)이고,Tg(B)는 폴리에스터계 수지의 유리 전이 온도(℃)이다.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리아미드계 수지가 나일론-6, 나일론-66 및 나일론-MXD6로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된, 이축 배향 적층 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리에스터계 수지가, 에틸렌글리콜, 1,3-프로판디올, 네오펜틸글리콜, 디프로판디올, 디에틸렌글리콜, 트리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 1,4-부탄디올, 2-메틸-1,2-프로판디올, 1,4-사이클로헥산디메탄올, 프로필렌글리콜로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 디올 성분, 및 테레프탈산, 나프탈렌디카르복실산, 이소프탈산, 석신산, 글로타르산, 아디프산, 슈베르산, 아젤라산, 세박산 및 이들의 에스테르 유도체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 이산 성분으로부터 제조된, 이축 배향 적층 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,폴리아미드계 수지 또는 폴리에스테르계 수지 중 적어도 하나가 나노클레이 판상 입자를 함유하는 것인, 이축 배향 적층 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,적층체, 일축 또는 이축 연신된 필름의 적어도 한 면을 나노클레이 판상 입자의 수분산 용액으로 코팅하거나 산화실리콘 또는 산화알루미늄으로 증착하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 이축 배향 적층 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,상기 나노클레이 판상 입자가 바이오타이트, 레피도라이트, 카올리나이트, 하로이사이트, 몬모릴로나이트, 마가라이트, 탈크 및 클로라이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 이축 배향 적층 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 방법으로 제조된, 포장용 이축 배향 적층 필름.
- 기재 상에 제7항에 따른 이축 배향 적층 필름이 열접착 수지층을 통해 접합된, 포장재.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 열접착 수지층이 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 또는 무연신 폴리프로필렌(casted polypropylene, CPP)으로 구성되는, 포장재.
