Claims (5)
- 내연기관에 회전 자유롭게 마련된 캠 샤프트와,상기 캠 샤프트에 형성된 캠과,상기 내연기관에 요동 자유롭게 마련되고 상기 캠에 의해 구동되는 요동 캠과,상기 요동 캠에 의해 구동되는 흡기 밸브 또는 배기 밸브와,상기 내연기관에 회전 자유롭게 상기 캠 샤프트와 병행하여 마련되고, 내부에 기름이 유통되는 유로가 형성된 제어 샤프트와,일단이 상기 제어 샤프트에 지지되고, 타단이 상기 제어 샤프트로부터 돌출하는 제어 암과,상기 제어 샤프트를 회전시켜서 제어 암을 변위시키는 액추에이터와,상기 제어 암의 타단과 회동 자유롭게 결합하고, 상기 제어 암의 변위를 상기 요동 캠에 전달하는 전달 암과,상기 제어 암의 내부에 마련되고, 상기 제어 샤프트의 유로의 기름을 상기 제어 암과 상기 전달 암의 결합되는 부분에 공급하는 윤활유로를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 가변운동 밸브 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제어 암과 상기 전달 암이 결합되는 부분과 상기 제어 샤프트의 축심과 의 거리를 조정하는 조정 기구를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 가변운동 밸브 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제어 암의 일단은, 상기 제어 샤프트에 삽입되고,상기 조정 기구는, 상기 제어 샤프트의 상기 제어 암과 반대측에 진퇴 가능하게 나삽된, 상기 제어 암의 일단과 맞닿는 조정 나사부재를 가지며, 또한 상기 제어 암의 일단과 상기 조정 나사부재와의 맞닿는 부위가 상기 제어 샤프트의 유로 내에 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 가변운동 밸브 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 제어 암의 일단 또는 해당 일단과 맞닿는 상기 조정 나사부재의 단의 적어도 한쪽에는, 상기 제어 샤프트의 유로와 상기 제어 암의 윤활유로를 연통하는 노치부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 가변운동 밸브 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제어 샤프트에는, 상기 전달 암과 상기 제어 암을 결합한 결합부분의 일부가 격납되는 오목부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 가변운동 밸브 장치.
