以下、本発明を図1〜図11に示す第1の実施形態にもとづいて説明する。
図12は、本発明の第2の実施形態を示す。
Claims (5)
- 内燃機関に回転自在に設けられたカムシャフトと、
前記カムシャフトに形成されたカムと、
前記内燃機関に揺動自在に設けられ前記カムにより駆動される揺動カムと、
前記揺動カムにより駆動される吸気バルブ又は排気バルブと、
前記内燃機関に回転自在に前記カムシャフトと並行に設けられ、内部に油が流通する油路が形成された制御シャフトと、
一端が前記制御シャフトに保持され、他端が前記制御シャフトから突出する制御アームと、
前記制御シャフトを回転させ制御アームを変位させるアクチュエータと、
前記制御アームの他端と回動自在に結合し、前記制御アームの変位を前記揺動カムに伝達する伝達アームと、
前記制御アームの内部に設けられ、前記制御シャフトの油路の油を前記制御アームと前記伝達アームとの結合される部分へ供給する潤滑油路と
を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関の可変動弁装置。 - 前記制御アームと前記伝達アームの結合される部分と前記制御シャフトの軸心との距離を調整する調整手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の可変動弁装置。
- 前記制御アームの一端は、前記制御シャフトに挿入され、
前記調整手段は、前記制御シャフトの前記制御アームと反対側に進退可能に螺挿された、前記制御アームの一端と当接する調整ねじ部材を有し、かつ前記制御アームの一端と前記調整ねじ部材との当接部位が前記制御シャフトの油路内に位置させてあることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内燃機関の可変動弁装置。 - 前記制御アームの一端又は該一端と当接する前記調整ねじ部材の端の少なくとも一方には、前記制御シャフトの油路と前記制御アームの潤滑油路とを連通する切欠き部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の内燃機関の可変動弁装置。
- 前記制御シャフトには、前記伝達アームと前記制御アームとを結合した結合部分の一部が格納される凹部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一つに記載の内燃機関の可変動弁装置。
