Claims (16)
- 하기 비닐 공중합체와 하기 윤활제로 구성되고, 비닐 공중합체/윤활제=30/70∼90/10(중량비)의 비율로 함유하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 고분자 필름용 표면처리제:비닐 공중합체 : 하기 화학식 1의 비닐 단량체로부터 형성된 구성단위를 10∼60 중량%, 화학식 1의 비닐 단량체와 공중합가능한 다른 비닐 단량체로부터 형성된 구성단위를 40∼90 중량%(합계 100 중량%)의 비율로 가지는 수평균 분자량 10000∼100000의 비닐 공중합체[화학식 1]상기 식에서,R1: 수소원자 또는 메틸기R2: 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬렌기R3, R4: 탄소수 1∼6의 알킬기윤활제: 유기 카복시산, 유기 카복시산염, 유기 카복시산 에스테르, 유기 카 복시산 아미드, 폴리에틸렌 왁스, 실리콘 오일, 실리카 입자, 실리콘 수지 입자 및 탈크 분말로부터 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 비닐 공중합체/윤활제=50/50∼80/20(중량비)의 비율로 함유하는 합성 고분자 필름용 표면처리제.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 화학식 1의 비닐 단량체와 공중합가능한 다른 비닐 단량체가 하기 화학식 2의 비닐 단량체, 하기 화학식 3의 비닐 단량체, 하기 화학식 4의 비닐 단량체 및 스티렌으로부터 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상인 합성 고분자 필름용 표면처리제:[화학식 2][화학식 3][화학식 4]상기 식 (2), (3) 및 (4)에서,R5, R7, R9 : 수소원자 또는 메틸기R6 : 탄소수 1∼4의 모노하이드록시알킬기 또는 탄소수 2∼4의 디하이드록시알킬기R8 : 탄소수 1∼18의 탄화수소기R10, R11 : 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1∼3의 알킬기(단, R10 및 R11 은 동시에 수소원자가 아니다.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 비닐 공중합체가 화학식 1의 비닐 단량체로부터 형성된 구성단위를 10∼60 중량%, 화학식 2의 비닐 단량체로부터 형성된 구성단위를 10∼40 중량%, 화학식 3의 비닐 단량체로부터 형성된 구성단위를 10∼70 중량%(합계 100 중량%)의 비율로 가지는 수평균 분자량 20000∼90000인 것인 합성 고분자 필름용 표면 처리제.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 윤활제가 유기 카복시산염, 유기 카복시산 아미드 및 실리카 입자로부터 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상인 합성 고분자 필름용 표면처리제.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 윤활제가 지방족 카복시산염 및 실리카 입자로부터 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상인 합성 고분자 필름용 표면처리제.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 지방족 카복시산염이 탄소수 16∼18의 지방산 알칼리 금속염 및/또는 탄소수 16∼18의 지방산 알칼리 토금속염을 50∼100 중량% 함유하는 것인 합성 고분자 필름용 표면처리제.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 실리카 입자가 입자경 0.1∼50 ㎛의 범위내에 있고 평균 입자경이 0.1∼10 ㎛인 구형상 입자인 합성 고분자 필름용 표면처리제.
- 제 3 항에 기재된 합성 고분자 필름용 표면처리제를 수성액으로 만들고, 이 수성액을 합성 고분자 필름 1 ㎡ 당 합성 고분자 필름용 표면처리제로서 0.01∼3 g의 비율이 되도록 도포하는 합성 고분자 필름의 표면처리방법.
- 제 4 항에 기재된 합성 고분자 필름용 표면처리제를 수성액으로 만들고, 이 수성액을 합성 고분자 필름 1 ㎡ 당 합성 고분자 필름용 표면처리제로서 0.01∼3 g의 비율이 되도록 도포하는 합성 고분자 필름의 표면처리방법.
- 제 5 항에 기재된 합성 고분자 필름용 표면처리제를 수성액으로 만들고, 이 수성액을 합성 고분자 필름 1 ㎡ 당 합성 고분자 필름용 표면처리제로서 0.01∼3 g의 비율이 되도록 도포하는 합성 고분자 필름의 표면처리방법.
- 제 6 항에 기재된 합성 고분자 필름용 표면처리제를 수성액으로 만들고, 이 수성액을 합성 고분자 필름 1 ㎡ 당 합성 고분자 필름용 표면처리제로서 0.01∼3 g의 비율이 되도록 도포하는 합성 고분자 필름의 표면처리방법.
- 제 9 항에 기재된 합성 고분자 필름의 표면처리방법에 의해 수득되는 표면처리 합성 고분자 필름.
- 제 10 항에 기재된 합성 고분자 필름의 표면처리방법에 의해 수득되는 표면처리 합성 고분자 필름.
- 제 11 항에 기재된 합성 고분자 필름의 표면처리방법에 의해 수득되는 표면처리 합성 고분자 필름.
- 제 12 항에 기재된 합성 고분자 필름의 표면처리방법에 의해 수득되는 표면처리 합성 고분자 필름.
