技术领域
本发明涉及一种待施用在用于食品包装等的纸基材上的涂覆材料。
背景技术
迄今为止,已使用加工纸例如层合纸、防油纸等作为食品包装材料。这些层合纸和防油纸经过处理以防止发生由于由食品得到的油等渗出而导致的强度降低和手污染。
层合纸通常可通过将聚乙烯膜等层合在纸材料上而获得。随着环保意识的增强,目前要求对层合纸进行回收。然而,由于膜部分作为障碍存在,因此需要特殊装置来有效地回收层合纸。
同时,氟基树脂常被用作防油纸中的防油剂。目前很难积极地使用氟基树脂,因为加热所述树脂产生惰性气体,并且其一些组分对人体表现出累积性。然而,即使在将少量氟基树脂施用在纸材料上的情况下,氟基树脂也可以产生耐油性。除了由不使用氟基树脂而造成的性价比方面的缺点外,当在纸材料上施用氟基树脂的替代树脂产品时,需要增加施用量。施用后,在卷绕防油纸期间有时会发生粘连。因此,已知存在一种其上施用有合成树脂乳液以便同时满足耐油性和回收适用性的防油纸。
专利文献1公开了将包含可通过将乙烯基芳族单体与选自丁二烯和(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯的第二单体共聚而获得的共聚物的含水分散体作为屏障组合物施用在纸产品上,以便防止油和细菌侵入纸产品中([权利要求1],[0057]至[0060])。涂布有所述屏障组合物的纸基材的耐水性、纸基材的水蒸气透过率和纸基材的抗粘连性得到改善([0061]至[0067],[图1]至[图3])。

技术问题
随着当今消费者健康意识的提高,用以包装食品的纸材料比以往任何时候都要求具有更高的安全水平。
在美国食品和药物管理局(Food and Drug Administration,以下简称FDA)中,规定了各种标准。具体而言,规定了与含油脂的食品接触的纸的标准(FDA §176.170与含水的和脂肪食品接触的纸和纸板的组分(Components of paper and paperboard in contactwith aqueous and fatty foods)),并提到食品包装纸容器理想地由符合所述标准的材料制成。
专利文献1的屏障组合物在耐水性、耐油性和抗粘连性方面有些优异,但很难说该屏障组合物完全满足FDA的高安全性标准。专利文献1的屏障组合物具有差的耐候性,并且在被施用于纸容器上后有时发生泛黄。考虑到食品所要求的安全性,食品包装容器的变色是一个大问题。
当食品包装容器为普通纸杯时,纸杯的端部通过在施用屏障组合物后加热而形成。因此,要求施用在纸杯的端部上的组合物具有热封性。
本发明是为了解决上述问题而做出的,并且其目的在于提供:一种待施用在食品包装容器上的涂覆材料,该涂覆材料具有食品工业中所要求水平的优异耐水性、耐油性、耐候性和热封性,并且对人体和环境安全;和一种可通过施用所述涂覆材料获得的纸产品。
问题的解决方案
作为深入研究的结果,本发明的发明人发现包含可通过聚合含95质量%或更多的(甲基)丙烯酸酯的可聚合的不饱和单体而获得的含水乳液的涂覆材料在耐水性、耐油性、热封性和耐候性方面优异,从而完成了本发明。
即,本说明书的公开内容包括以下实施方案。
1.涂覆材料,其包含(B)可通过在(A)具有羧基的共聚物的存在下聚合(b)可聚合的不饱和单体而获得的含水乳液,其中
所述可聚合的不饱和单体(b)包含(b1)(甲基)丙烯酸酯,并且
基于100质量份的所述可聚合的不饱和单体(b)的总质量,所述(甲基)丙烯酸酯(b1)的含量超过95质量份。

发明的有益效果
根据本发明的实施方案的涂覆材料包含(B)可通过在(A)具有羧基的共聚物的存在下聚合(b)可聚合的不饱和单体而获得的含水乳液,并且可聚合的不饱和单体(b)包含(b1)(甲基)丙烯酸酯,而且基于100质量份的可聚合的不饱和单体(b)的总质量,(甲基)丙烯酸酯(b1)的含量超过95质量份。因此,根据本发明的实施方案的涂覆材料在耐水性、耐油性、耐候性和热封性方面更优异,并且该涂覆材料对人体和环境更安全。
由于将涂覆材料施用于其上,因此根据本发明的实施方案的纸产品高度耐湿和耐油,并且不会泛黄,且即使经受热处理也不发生劣化,并且因此纸产品更优选作为食品包装容器。
具体实施方式
根据本发明的实施方案的涂覆材料包含(B)可通过在(A)具有羧基的共聚物的存在下聚合(b)可聚合的不饱和单体而获得的含水乳液。在100质量份的总质量中,可聚合的不饱和单体(b)包含95质量份或更多的(b1)(甲基)丙烯酸酯。
当根据本发明的实施方案的涂覆材料的(甲基)丙烯酸酯(b1)的含量少于95质量份时,耐水性、耐油性、热封性和耐候性中的任一项变差,因此不能满足食品包装容器所要求的高安全性。
<(A)具有羧基的共聚物)>
在本发明的实施方案中,具有羧基的共聚物(A)是在聚合可聚合的不饱和单体(b)以制备(B)含水乳液时充当稳定剂、并且具有羧基(和/或其碱)的共聚物,并且不受特别限制,只要可以获得本发明的目标含水乳液即可。具有羧基的共聚物(A)除了含有羧基之外还具有与其对应的碱。通过使用具有羧基的共聚物(A),可以制备含水乳液(B)。
具有羧基的共聚物(A)优选具有源自(甲基)丙烯酸类树脂的化学结构。(甲基)丙烯酸类树脂是具有羧基的合成树脂,其可通过聚合选自(甲基)丙烯酸(和/或其碱)和(甲基)丙烯酸酯中的至少一种而获得。
只要不对根据本发明的实施方案的涂覆材料产生不利影响,具有羧基的共聚物(A)可以是(甲基)丙烯酸和(甲基)丙烯酸酯与一种或多种其它单体的共聚物。一种或多种其它单体的实例包括苯乙烯、烯烃等。具有羧基的共聚物(A)是可通过聚合选自(甲基)丙烯酸和(甲基)丙烯酸酯中的至少一种而获得的具有羧基的合成树脂。
在本发明的实施方案中,基于100质量份的可聚合的不饱和单体(b)的总质量,组分(A)优选以10至50质量份、特别优选20至40质量份、并且最优选25至40质量份的量被共混。
当组分(A)的量在上述范围内时,含水乳液(B)的颗粒(固体组分)可以更稳定地分散在含水介质中。当含水乳液(B)的分散变得稳定时,根据本发明的实施方案的涂覆材料在稳定性和耐水性方面更优异。
根据本发明的实施方案的具有羧基的共聚物(A)的酸值优选为100至300mgKOH/g,更优选150至250mgKOH/g,特别优选180至220mgKOH/g,最优选190至210mgKOH/g。当具有羧基的共聚物的酸值在上述范围内时,涂覆材料的耐水性得到进一步改善。
根据本发明的实施方案的具有羧基的共聚物(A)的“酸值”由中和酸所需的氢氧化钾的毫克数的计算值表示,假设1g所述共聚物中所含的所有酸基都作为酸释放。因此,即使作为碱存在于体系中,也被作为释放的酸考虑。
这对应于用作具有羧基的共聚物的原料的单体(以下称为“原料单体”)所具有的酸基。在本发明的实施方案中,“酸值”可由下式(1)确定。

在本发明的实施方案中,具有羧基的共聚物(A)优选与聚乙烯醇一起存在。当组分(A)与聚乙烯醇共存时,(甲基)丙烯酸酯(b1)的聚合物变得更稳定并且含水乳液(B)的固体组分的分散变得更稳定。此外,当根据本发明的实施方案的涂覆材料的组分(A)与聚乙烯醇共存时,所述涂覆材料的热封性更优异。
<(B)含水乳液>
在本发明的实施方案中,含水乳液(B)可以通过在具有羧基的共聚物(A)的存在下聚合(b)可聚合的不饱和单体而获得。
在本发明的实施方案中,“(b)可聚合的不饱和单体”是指具有烯式(ethylenic)双键的可自由基聚合单体。
在本说明书中,“烯式双键”是指能够进行聚合反应(自由基聚合)的在碳原子之间的双键。具有这种烯式双键的官能团的实例包括乙烯基(CH2=CH-)、(甲基)烯丙基(CH2=CH-CH2-和CH2=C(CH3)-CH2-)、(甲基)丙烯酰氧基(CH2=CH-COO-和CH2=C(CH3)-COO-)、(甲基)丙烯酰氧基烷基(CH2=CH-COO-R-和CH2=C(CH3)-COO-R-)、-COO-CH=CH-COO-等。
在本说明书中,“(甲基)丙烯酸”表示丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸两者,并且是指包括丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸中的至少一种。

这些(甲基)丙烯酸酯可以单独使用,或者可以将两种或更多种(甲基)丙烯酸酯组合使用。
在本发明的实施方案中,(甲基)丙烯酸酯优选为(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯。更具体地,优选包括(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯、(甲基)丙烯酸丁酯和(甲基)丙烯酸2-乙基己酯,特别优选包括丙烯酸正丁酯或丙烯酸2-乙基己酯。丙烯酸正丁酯和丙烯酸2-乙基己酯的均聚物具有低玻璃化转变温度(以下简称Tg)。
含水乳液(B)中所含的共聚物优选可通过将丙烯酸正丁酯或丙烯酸2-乙基己酯与一种或多种其它单体聚合而获得。在这种情况下,可以将共聚物的Tg调节到低温,从而能够改善涂覆材料的耐水性。
在本发明的实施方案中,可聚合的不饱和单体(b)除了(甲基)丙烯酸酯(b1)以外还可以包含一种或多种其它单体(b2)。只要可以获得根据本发明的实施方案的涂覆材料,一种或多种其它单体(b2)不受特别限制。
一种或多种其它单体(b2)是可聚合的不饱和单体(b),并且是非(甲基)丙烯酸酯(b1)的单体。其具体实例包括烯烃、苯乙烯、乙酸乙烯酯、(甲基)丙烯酸、聚乙烯醇等。
基于100质量份的可聚合的不饱和单体(b)的总质量,一种或多种其它单体(b2)的含量优选少于5质量份,更优选少于3重量份,仍更优选少于1重量份。在一种或多种其它单体的含量少于5质量份时,可以容易调节共聚物的Tg,从而更容易控制涂覆材料的耐水性。
在本发明的实施方案中,可聚合的不饱和单体(b)优选仅由(b1)(甲基)丙烯酸酯组成。当可聚合的不饱和单体(b)仅由(甲基)丙烯酸酯(b1)组成时,根据本发明的实施方案的涂覆材料不具有衍生自一种或多种其它单体(b2)的聚合物的结构,并且因此所述涂覆材料的耐候性更优异。在此,“仅由(甲基)丙烯酸酯(b1)组成”是指“基本上仅由(甲基)丙烯酸酯(b1)组成”并且可以包含(b1)中不可避免地包含的痕量的一种或多种其它可聚合的不饱和单体,从而不排除包含一种或多种其它可聚合的不饱和单体,只要不对根据本发明的实施方案的涂覆材料产生实质性影响即可。
含水乳液(B)中所含的可聚合的不饱和单体(b)的共聚物优选具有30℃或更低、特别优选-60℃至15℃、更优选-60℃至0℃、最优选-60℃至-20℃的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)。当共聚物的Tg在上述范围内时,根据本发明的实施方案的涂覆材料的耐水性更优异。
在本说明书中,含水乳液(B)中所含的可聚合的不饱和单体(b)的共聚物的玻璃化转变温度由可通过均聚用作共聚物的原料的可聚合的不饱和单体(b)获得的均聚物的玻璃化转变温度(以下也称为“均聚物Tg”)计算。
考虑这种均聚物Tg和每种可聚合的不饱和单体(单体)(b)的混合比(质量份),计算共聚物的Tg。具体地,共聚物的Tg可通过使用下式(2)进行计算而确定:

其中,在式(2)中,Tg为共聚物的理论Tg,Cn为单体混合物中所含的第n种单体n的质量百分比,Tgn为第n种单体n的均聚物Tg,并且n为构成共聚物的单体的编号并且为正整数。
可以使用文献中提到的值作为均聚物Tg。文献包括例如《聚合物手册(POLYMERHANDBOOK)》(第4版;由John Wiley&Sons,Inc.出版)。例如,《聚合物手册》中提到的单体的均聚物Tg如下所示。
甲基丙烯酸甲酯(“MMA”,Tg=105℃)
丙烯酸正丁酯(“n-BA”,Tg=-54℃)
丙烯酸2-乙基己酯(“2EHA”,Tg=-70℃)
苯乙烯(“St”,Tg=100℃)
丙烯酸(“AA”,Tg=106℃)
甲基丙烯酸(“MAA”,Tg=130℃)
甲基丙烯酸正丁酯(“BMA”,Tg=20℃)
在本说明书中,除了可通过均聚上述单体获得的均聚物的Tg之外,还可以将可通过均聚其它单体获得的均聚物的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)应用于式(2)。
在本发明的实施方案中,含水乳液(B)优选包含可通过将丙烯酸正丁酯和丙烯酸2-乙基己酯中的至少一种聚合而获得的共聚物。当共聚物包含上述组分时,容易将Tg调节至30℃或更低,从而使得根据本发明的实施方案的涂覆材料的耐水性能够进一步改善。
在本发明的实施方案中,含水乳液(B)的固体组分浓度不受特别限制,但优选为5至70质量%。乳液的固体组分是指可通过将所述乳液在105℃下干燥3小时获得的固体组分。
根据本发明的实施方案的含水乳液(B)优选可通过多种(b)可聚合的不饱和单体(单体)的乳液聚合而获得。乳液聚合是通过使用乳化剂在水或含水介质中进行的自由基聚合,并且可以使用已知方法。
乳化剂通过在聚合期间或之后被固定在聚合物颗粒的表面上来促进颗粒分散稳定性。乳化剂的实例包括阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、聚合物表面活性剂等。
为了改善耐水性、耐碱性和防水性,优选使用在乳化剂的一个分子中具有可自由基聚合双键的“反应性表面活性剂”。
根据本发明的实施方案的含水乳液(B)优选可通过在稳定剂(例如,具有羧基的聚合物或具有羟基的聚合物等)存在于含水介质中的状态下使多种单体乳液聚合而获得。
稳定剂具有在含水介质中使乳液的固体组分稳定化以分散所述固体组分的效果,并且在本发明的实施方案中,(A)具有羧基的共聚物是优选的。
在这里,“含水介质”是指普通水,例如自来水、蒸馏水或离子交换水;但也可以包含可溶解或可分散在含水介质中并对根据本发明的实施方案的共聚物的原料具有差的反应性的有机溶剂,例如丙酮和乙酸乙酯;并且可以进一步包含可溶于含水介质中的单体、低聚物、预聚物和/或树脂。如后所述,含水介质可包含乳化剂、可聚合的乳化剂、聚合反应引发剂、扩链剂和/或通常用于生产水基树脂或水溶性树脂的各种添加剂。
作为根据本发明的实施方案的涂覆材料的一个优选实施方案,可以例示
一种涂覆材料,其包含(B)可通过在(A)具有羧基的共聚物的存在下聚合(b)可聚合的不饱和单体而获得的含水乳液,其中
可聚合的不饱和单体(b)仅由(b1)(甲基)丙烯酸酯组成,
具有羧基的共聚物(A)是仅由具有羧基的可聚合的不饱和单体和(甲基)丙烯酸酯组成的单体混合物的聚合物,并且
具有羧基的共聚物(A)与聚乙烯醇共存。
在根据本发明的实施方案的涂覆材料中,当组分(A)和组分(B)在上述实施方案中时,耐候性和热封性进一步改善并且更优异。
根据本发明的实施方案的涂覆材料包含(B)含水乳液并且包含作为稳定剂的(A)具有羧基的共聚物,并且可以进一步包含作为添加剂的交联剂、粘度调节剂、增塑剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、着色剂等。这些添加剂可以在合成含水乳液(B)之后共混,或者可以与用作含水乳液(B)的原料的单体共混,或者可以以乳液形式添加到涂覆材料中。含水乳液(B)中提及的那些可以指根据本发明的实施方案的乳液形式的涂覆材料。
交联剂的实例包括乙酸锌、氧化锌、乙酸锆、碳酸锆铵等。这些交联剂可以单独使用或组合使用。
粘度调节剂的实例包括:含氮物质,例如脲、脲化合物和双氰胺;氢氧化钙、氧化钙、碳酸钠、磷酸三钠、磷酸氢二铵、硼砂、氟化钠、水玻璃、氨水等。
增塑剂的实例包括:甘油;多元醇,例如乙二醇和丙二醇;糖类,例如蔗糖和山梨糖醇;和有机溶剂,例如溶纤剂。
消泡剂的实例包括:
硅酮基消泡剂,例如二甲基聚硅氧烷、聚氧化烯改性的硅酮、有机改性的聚硅氧烷和氟硅酮;
油脂基消泡剂,例如蓖麻油、芝麻油、亚麻籽油和动植物油;
脂肪酸基消泡剂,例如硬脂酸、油酸和棕榈酸;
脂肪酸酯基消泡剂,例如硬脂酸异戊酯、二甘醇月桂酸、二硬脂基琥珀酸、二硬脂酸、脱水山梨糖醇单月桂酸、甘油脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯脱水山梨糖醇、硬脂酸丁酯单月桂酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、磺化蓖麻油酸的乙酸乙酯烷基酯,和天然蜡;
醇基消泡剂,例如聚氧化烯二醇及其衍生物、聚氧化烯醇水合物、二戊基苯氧基乙醇、3-庚醇和2-乙基己醇;
醚基消泡剂,例如3-庚基溶纤剂和壬基溶纤剂-3-庚基卡必醇;
磷酸酯基消泡剂,例如磷酸三丁酯、磷酸辛酯钠和磷酸三(丁氧基乙基)酯;
胺基消泡剂,例如二戊基胺;
酰胺基消泡剂,例如聚亚烷基酰胺、酰化多胺(acylate polyamine)和双十八烷酰基哌啶;
金属皂基消泡剂,例如硬脂酸铝、硬脂酸钙、油酸钾和羊毛油精(wool olein)的钙盐;以及
磺酸酯基消泡剂,例如月桂基磺酸钠和十二烷基磺酸钠。
根据本发明的实施方案的涂覆材料可以施用在用于食品包装等的纸材料的表面上。根据本发明的实施方案的涂覆材料具有耐水性、耐油性、耐候性和热封性。其上施用有根据本发明的实施方案的涂覆材料的纸产品高度耐油,不会经受泛黄和热变性,并且因此该纸产品适合用作食品包装容器。
根据本发明的实施方案的纸产品具有更优异的耐水性,并且因此除可以用于食品包装容器外还可以用于纸吸管(paper straw)、卫生纸、纸杯等。
实施例
下面将通过实施例和对比例来描述本发明。应当注意,这些实施例旨在描述本发明,并且本发明并不限于此。在实施例中,除非另有说明,否则质量份和质量百分比均基于其中未将溶剂考虑在内的部分。
通过使用(A)作为稳定剂的具有羧基的共聚物、(A’)聚乙烯醇和(b)可聚合的不饱和单体,制备(B)含水乳液以获得涂覆材料。
通过根据表1中所示的配方使用以下组分,制备实施例1至6和对比例1至4的涂覆材料。对组分(A)和(b)的说明如下所示。
(A)具有羧基的共聚物(稳定剂)
(A1)具有衍生自苯乙烯单体的聚合物的化学结构的共聚物(JONCRYL679(商品名),由BASF Japan Ltd.制造)
(A2)不具有衍生自苯乙烯单体的聚合物的化学结构的共聚物(SOLURYL 840(商品名),由Hanwha Chemical Corporation制造)
(A’3)具有羟基的聚合物(EXCEVAL RS2713(商品名),由KURARAY CO.,LTD.制造)
(b)可聚合的不饱和单体
(b1)(甲基)丙烯酸酯
(b1-1)丙烯酸丁酯(丙烯酸正丁酯)
(b1-2)丙烯酸2-乙基己酯
(b1-3)甲基丙烯酸甲酯
(b1-4)丙烯酸乙酯
(b2)其它单体
(b2-1)苯乙烯

实施例1的涂覆材料的制备
在配备有搅拌叶片、温度计和回流冷凝器的四颈烧瓶中,装入100质量份的蒸馏水、30质量份的(A1)、1.8质量份的(A’3)和7质量份的25%氨水。在搅拌相应组分同时向四颈烧瓶内吹入氮气后,将液体温度保持在70℃。
同时,将25质量份的(b1-1)和30质量份的(b1-2)混合,并且制备20质量份的(b1-3)、25质量份的(b1-4)以及30质量份的过硫酸铵和19质量份的水的水溶液。
将约4体积%的所述混合物和约30体积%的所述水溶液分别装入四颈烧瓶中,随后搅拌从而使(b)可聚合的不饱和单体进行乳液聚合。此后,将剩余的(约96体积%的)所述混合物和剩余的(约70体积%的)所述水溶液在约4小时内同时滴加到四颈烧瓶中。
滴加完成后,继续搅拌约1个半小时,同时将液体温度保持在70℃,然后将如此获得的反应混合物恢复至室温并且将反应混合物通过添加氨水而调节至pH 8,以得到实施例1的涂覆材料。
这种涂覆材料由于其浑浊度而为乳液,并且因此是乳液组合物。作为表1所示的(B)含水乳液的固体成分的共聚物(不包含(A)稳定剂)的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)是基于可通过均聚不饱和单体(b)的相应组分((b1-1)至(b1-4))获得的均聚物的Tg而理论计算的值。
实施例1的涂覆材料的测试结果示出在表1中。
实施例2至6和对比例1至4的涂覆材料的制备
除了根据表1至2中所示的配方使用各组分以外,以与实施例1中相同的方式,制备实施例2至6和对比例1至4的涂覆材料。如此得到的涂覆材料的测试结果示出在表1至2中。
实施例和对比例的涂覆材料的评价结果的详细内容如下。
耐油性测试
根据TAPPI T559cm-12方法,通过以下方法进行试剂盒测试(kit test)。
通过使用台式涂布机(table coater),将每种涂覆材料施用在普通的不含磨木浆的纸(wood-free wood)上以制备每个试样。在测试中,使用通过根据表3所示的配方混合蓖麻油、甲苯和正庚烷而制备的测试溶液。测试结果以试剂盒编号表示,并且编号越大表示耐油性越优异。
由于试剂盒测试可以在短时间(约20秒)内给出测试纸的耐油性,因此被广泛用于评价纸的耐油性。评价结果具有作为纸表面对表面张力的指标的意义。
将测试纸放置在未污染的平坦黑色表面上,并且将一滴试剂盒编号12的测试溶液从13mm的高度滴在测试纸上。滴下15秒后(接触时间:15秒),用干净的吸墨纸除去滴下的测试溶液,并目视观察测试纸与测试溶液接触的表面。如果表面颜色变深,则通过使用试剂盒编号11的测试溶液进行相同的操作,然后重复相同的操作,同时将试剂盒编号依次减小到表面颜色不变深的试剂盒编号。表面颜色不变深的第一个(最大)试剂盒编号被视为涂覆材料的耐油性。

评价标准如下。
G(好):在试剂盒编号1至12的所有试剂盒(测试)中均未发生变色。
B(差):在试剂盒编号1至12的试剂盒(测试)中的任何一个中发生变色。
耐水性测试
通过使用台式涂布机,将涂覆材料施用在普通的不含磨木浆的纸(或优质纸)上从而使得施用量变为10g/m2(干质量),并且将该不含磨木浆的纸在干燥器中在105℃下干燥3分钟以得到试样。
将涂覆材料干燥后,将不含磨木浆的纸剪成直径为10cm的圆形。测量质量后,通过内径为7cm的顶部开口的圆筒形烧瓶(circular cylindrical flask)保持不含磨木浆的纸的上表面和下表面,随后在从上部落下50ml蒸馏水的状态下静置30分钟。
其后,取出蒸馏水,并且从圆筒形烧瓶中取出试样,然后在除去试样表面上的液滴的状态下测量质量。计算测试前后试样的质量变化,并且假设增加量对应于吸水量,计算每单位面积的吸水量。
评价标准如下。
G(好):吸水量小于50g/m2,并且保持耐水性。
B(差):吸水量为50g/m2或更大,并且未保持耐水性。
热封性测试
以与耐水性中相同的方式,制备试样,然后将其切成25mm×100mm大小的片。将未涂布的不含磨木浆的纸也切成相同大小的片。将试样和未涂布的不含磨木浆的纸安装在压制机中,其中在使所述试样的经涂布的表面与所述未涂布的不含磨木浆的纸接触的状态下在150℃下加热上部,随后在0.2Mpa下压制3秒。在室温下固化试样2小时后,通过TENSILON测量剥离强度,并目视观察剥离的部分,然后进行评价。
评价标准如下。
E(优秀):发生基材的材料破坏(在剥离期间认定不含磨木浆的纸的破坏)。
G(好):发生界面剥离(不含磨木浆的纸和涂层之间的界面处的剥离),并且剥离强度为15gf/25mm或更高。
O(普通):发生界面剥离,并且剥离强度小于15gf/25mm。
B(差):未粘合的(密封的)。
耐候性测试
以与耐水性中相同的方式,制备试样,然后通过色度计(色度计ZE6000,由NIPPONDENSHOKU INDUSTRIES Co.,LTD.制造)测量Lab值。此后,使试样在以下条件下固化,然后通过色度计测量Lab(Δb)值。通过与固化前的数值进行比较,计算出Δb值的差。
光源灯:FT-11510,FL15(60Hz)
条件:在荫蔽环境下将试样直接置于30cm高度处的光源下
评价标准如下。
G(好):Δb值的差小于8。
B(差):Δb值的差为8或更大。
如表1至2所示,实施例1至6的涂覆材料在耐油性、耐水性、热封性和耐候性所有方面均令人满意,并且在综合性能平衡方面优异。注意到耐候性,实施例1至5的涂覆材料表现出优异的耐候性。
对比例1~4的所有涂覆材料在耐候性方面均较差。对比例1至3的涂覆材料在耐候性方面较差,因为基于100质量份的可聚合的不饱和单体(b)的总质量,(甲基)丙烯酸酯(b1)的含量为90质量份或更少。
对比例4的涂覆材料的耐油性、耐水性、热封性和耐候性所有方面均被评为“差”,因为在制备含水乳液(B)时未使用具有羧基的共聚物(A)。
产业实用性
本发明可以提供一种施用在纸表面上的涂覆材料。将根据本发明的实施方案的涂覆材料施用在纸表面上以制备纸产品。纸产品的实例包括食品包装容器、纸杯和纸吸管。

Claims (6)
1.涂覆材料,其包含(B)可通过在(A)具有羧基的共聚物的存在下聚合(b)可聚合的不饱和单体而获得的含水乳液,其中
所述可聚合的不饱和单体(b)包含(b1)(甲基)丙烯酸酯,并且
基于100质量份的所述可聚合的不饱和单体(b)的总质量,所述(甲基)丙烯酸酯(b1)的含量超过95质量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂覆材料,其中所述可聚合的不饱和单体(b)仅由所述(甲基)丙烯酸酯(b1)组成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的涂覆材料,其中基于100质量份的所述可聚合的不饱和单体(b)的总质量,所述具有羧基的共聚物(A)以10至50质量份的量被共混。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的涂覆材料,其中所述具有羧基的共聚物(A)与聚乙烯醇一起存在。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的涂覆材料,其被施用在纸的表面上。
6.纸产品,其包含施用于其上的根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的涂覆材料。
