Claims (9)
- 폴리에스테르 기재필름; 및상기 기재필름의 적어도 일면에,하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 비닐기를 갖는 폴리디메틸실록산 및 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 수소 실란계 화합물로 이루어진 혼합성분 4∼30중량%, 백금촉매 함유 화합물 0.2∼3중량%, 에폭시계 화합물 0.1∼0.3중량%, 폴리에테르변성 폴리디메틸실록산 0.001∼0.7중량% 및 잔량의 물로 이루어진 실리콘 이형액이 코팅된 실리콘 이형층;으로 이루어지되, 상기 실리콘 이형액을 상기 기재필름에 적하시, 상기 이형액의 접촉각(A)이 하기 수학식 1을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 이형필름.수학식 130도≤A≤60도화학식 1(상기에서, m은 1∼100의 정수이고, n은 20∼5000의 정수이고, m+n은 30∼5000이다.)화학식 2(상기에서, a는 3∼200의 정수이고, b는 1∼120의 정수이고, 5 ≤a+b≤200이다.)
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 이형액이 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 비닐기를 갖는 폴리디메틸실록산 및 상기 화학식 2로 표시되는 수소 실란계 화합물간의 혼합비율이 1:1∼5 몰비인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 폴리에스테르 이형필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 이형층의 두께가 코팅되어 0.01 ∼ 10㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 폴리에스테르 이형필름.
- 폴리에스테르 기재필름을 제조하고,상기 기재필름의 적어도 일면에,화학식 1로 표시되는 비닐기를 갖는 폴리디메틸실록산 및 화학식 2로 표시되는 수소 실란계 화합물로 이루어진 혼합성분 4∼30중량%, 백금촉매 함유 화합물 0.2∼3중량%, 에폭시계 화합물 0.1∼0.3중량%, 폴리에테르변성 폴리디메틸실록산 0.001∼0.7중량% 및 잔량의 물로 이루어진 실리콘 이형액을 인라인 코팅하여 실리콘 이형층을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 폴리에스테르 이형필름의 제조방법.화학식 1(상기에서, m, n, m+n은 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.)화학식 2(상기에서, a, b, a+b는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.)
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 이형액이 0.01 ∼ 10g/m2 의 도포량으로 폴리에스테르 기재필름의 적어도 일면에 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 폴리에스테르 이형필름의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 이형층이 0.01 ∼ 10㎛ 두께로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 폴리에스테르 이형필름의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 기재필름이 인라인 코팅공정을 통해 코로나 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 폴리에스테르 이형필름의 제조방법.
