Claims (13)
- 처리 대상 가스에 포함된 휘발성 유기 화합물을 흡착제에 흡착시키는 단계;가압 상태에서 상기 흡착된 휘발성 유기 화합물을 수증기로 탈착시키고 이를 상기 수증기에 혼합하는 단계; 및상기 휘발성 유기 화합물을 포함하는 수증기를 연소기에서 연소시키는 단계;를 포함하는 휘발성 유기 화합물 처리 방법으로서,상기 처리 방법이;흡착 및 탈착용 용기를 일부가 상기 흡착제로 형성된 분리 부재 (separation member)로 내부 측면 공간 및 외부 측면 공간으로 분리하는 단계;상기 흡착 및 탈착용 용기를 열적으로 유지시키는 단계;흡착시, 상기 처리 대상 가스를 상기 내부 측면 공간에 공급하여 이로부터 상기 분리 부재를 통해 상기 외부 측면 공간으로 공급하는 단계; 및탈착시, 상기 수증기를 상기 외부 측면 공간에 공급하여 상기 분리 부재를 통해 상기 내부 측면 공간으로 공급하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 휘발성 유기 화합물 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡착 및 탈착용 용기가, 상기 용기가 열적으로 유지되도록 200℃ 정도의 온도를 갖는 유체로 덮이는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유체가 상기 연소기의 배출 가스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡착 완료 후, 상기 용기가 고온 압축 공기 및 수증기 혼합 가스를 상기 용기 내부로 공급함으로써 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 수증기가 응축된 후 재기화 (reevaporate)한 때, 상기 혼합 가스의 공급이 중단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 가열시, 상기 혼합된 가스가 상기 외부 측면 공간에 공급되고 다음으로 상기 분리 부재를 통과해 상기 내부 측면 공간으로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 탈착 완료 후, 상기 용기가 공기를 상기 용기의 내부에 공급함으로써 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 냉각시, 상기 공기가 상기 내부 측면 공간으로 공급되고 다음으로 상기 분리 부재를 통과해 상기 외부 측면 공간으로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 처리대상 가스에 포함된 휘발성 유기 화합물이 소정의 흡착제에 흡착되고, 상기 흡착된 휘발성 유기 화합물이 가압 환경하에서 수증기를 이용하여 탈착되고 다음으로 상기 수증기에 혼입되는 흡착 및 탈착 장치로서,상기 흡착 및 탈착 장치가;흡착 및 탈착용 용기;일부가 상기 흡착제로 형성되어 있으며 상기 용기를 내부 측면 공간 및 외부 측면 공간으로 분리하는 분리 부재; 및상기 용기를 열적으로 유지시키기 위한 열 유지기 (heat retainer)를 포함하며,상기 처리 대상 가스가 상기 내부 측면 공간으로 공급되고 이로부터 상기 분리 부재를 통과해서 상기 외부 측면 공간으로 공급되며, 상기 수증기가 상기 외부 측면 공간으로 공급되고 다음으로 상기 분리 부재를 통과해서 상기 내부 측면 공간으로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착 및 탈착 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 열 유지기가 상기 용기를 덮는 자켓 및, 상기 자켓 및 상기 용기를 통해 흐르는 200℃ 정도의 온도를 갖는 유체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착 및 탈착 장치.
- 제10항에 기재된 흡착 및 탈착 장치; 및 상기 휘발성 유기 화합물을 포함하는 수증기가 연소되는 연소기를 포함하는 휘발성 유기 화합물 처리 시스템.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 열 유지기를 흐르는 유체가 상기 연소기의 배출 가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
