PURPOSE: To recover solvent and to regenerate adsorbent efficiently by purging adsorption tower having adsorbed organic solvent with inert gas to desorb, to cool and to recover a portion of the organic solvent, then by desorbing the remaining solvent with air, and by recycling the exhaust gas of the combustion of the remained solvent to the adsorption tower.
