Claims (18)
- 방추형(紡錘形)의 절단 휠;상기 절단 휠의 중심부 직경을 따라 구비된 절단 날;상기 절단 휠이 장착되는 홀더;상기 홀더에 구비되며, 상기 절단 휠을 고정 및 지지하는 지지부를 구비하여 구성되며,상기 지지부는 원기둥 형태의 몸체와 상기 몸체의 중심부에 구비된 관통 홀을 구비하고 상기 관통 홀의 직경이 관통 홀 주위의 몸체 표면으로 갈수록 점차 증가되어 상기 관통 홀 주위의 몸체 표면으로부터 관통 홀까지 경사면을 구비하며, 상기 홀더에는 지지부에 구비된 관통 홀로부터 연장되는 관통 홀이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널의 절단장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절단 휠과 절단 날은 일체형으로 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널의 절단장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절단 휠은 상기 지지부와 동일한 재질로 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널의 절단장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절단 휠과 지지부의 재질은 텅스텐(W), 초경합금 및 다결정 다이아몬드(polycrystalline diamond : PCD) 중에 선택된 하나의 재질로 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널의 절단장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 초경합금은 텅스텐 카바이드(WC) 및 티타늄 카바이드(TiC) 중에 선택된 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널의 절단장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지지부는 상기 절단 휠의 일부와 면 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널의 절단장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지지부의 경사면에 절단 휠이 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널의 절단장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지지부는 홀더의 일측면으로부터 돌출되도록 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널의 절단장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지지부는 홀더의 일측면에 구비된 홈에 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널의 절단장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절단 날은 요철구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널의 절단장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방추형 절단 휠의 중심부 직경은 약 2.0∼4.0mm의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널의 절단장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방추형 절단 휠의 원뿔형상 꼭지점간 거리는 약 3.0∼4.0mm의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널의 절단장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방추형 절단 휠의 연마각도는 세로축을 기준으로 약 110∼130°의 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널의 절단장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 홀더 및 지지부 사이에 절단 휠이 장착된 전체 폭은 약 7∼8mm의 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널의 절단장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절단 날은 절단 휠의 연마된 각도에 비해 큰 값의 연마된 각도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널의 절단장치.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 절단 날의 연마각도는 세로축을 기준으로 약 110∼130°의 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널의 절단장치.
