Claims (9)
- 배기가스에 의해 회전 구동되는 터빈 임펠러와, 상기 터빈 임펠러의 회전에 의해 회전 구동되어 공기를 압축하는 컴프레서 임펠러와, 터빈 임펠러와 컴프레서 임펠러를 연결하는 회전축과, 상기 회전축을 회전가능하게 지지하는 베어링 구조가 내부에 마련된 하우징을 구비하고, 상기 베어링 구조의 컴프레서 측에는 상기 베어링 구조에 공급된 윤활유가 컴프레서 측으로 새는 것을 방지하는 오일 씰 구조가 마련되어 있는 과급기(過給機)로서,상기 오일 씰 구조는 상기 회전축에 고정된 오일 차단 부재와, 상기 오일 차단 부재의 반경 방향 바깥쪽에서 오일 차단 부재를 둘러싸도록 상기 하우징에 고정되어 있는 씰 하우징과, 오일 차단 부재와 씰 하우징 사이에 배치되어 있는 환상(環狀)의 씰 부재를 가지고,상기 오일 차단 부재는 축 방향과 수직인 단면에서 대략 원형상의 외연(外緣)이 형성되어 있는 부분을 그 컴프레서 측 선단부에 가지고 있으며,또한, 오일 차단 부재는 그 컴프레서 측 선단에 형성되고 상기 외연의 반경이 상기 외연의 다른 부분보다 작게 형성되어 있는 외연 축경부(縮徑部)를 가지고,상기 씰 부재는 상기 외연 축경부에 설치되어 있으며,상기 씰 하우징에는 축 방향과 수직인 단면의 중심부에 상기 오일 차단 부재가 통과하고 있는 개구가 형성되어 있고,또한, 상기 씰 하우징은 상기 개구를 형성하는 반경 방향의 내연에서 상기 씰 부재와 접촉함으로써, 윤활유가 컴프레서 측으로 새는 것을 방지하며,상기 오일 차단 부재는 터빈 측으로부터 상기 외연 축경부와 축 방향으로 결합하고 상기 외연의 반경이 외연 축경부보다 크게 형성되어 있는 외연 확경부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 과급기.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 씰 하우징은,상기 컴프레서 측 선단에 형성되고 상기 내연의 반경이 상기 내연의 다른 부분보다 크게 형성되어 있는 내연 확경부와,터빈 측으로부터 상기 내연 확경부와 축 방향으로 결합하고 상기 내연의 반경이 내연 확경부보다 작게 형성되어 있는 내연 축경부를 가지고,상기 씰 부재의 반경 방향의 외연은 상기 내연 축경부의 내연의 반경보다 큰 반경을 가지며, 상기 내연 확경부의 내연과 접촉하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 과급기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오일 씰 구조는 상기 씰 부재를 일정한 위치에 유지시키는 유지 부재를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 과급기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오일 씰 구조는 상기 씰 부재를 일정한 위치에 유지시키는 유지 부재를 가지고,상기 유지 부재의 터빈 측 단면(端面)이 상기 씰 부재의 컴프레서 측 단면에 접촉함으로써, 상기 씰 부재를 이 터빈 측 단면과 상기 오일 차단 부재의 외연 확경부 사이에 유지시키고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 과급기.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,상기 유지 부재는 상기 컴프레서 임펠러인 것을 특징으로 하는 과급기.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,상기 유지 부재는 상기 컴프레서 임펠러와 상기 씰 부재 사이에 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 과급기.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,상기 유지 부재는 상기 컴프레서 임펠러와 상기 씰 부재 사이에 마련된 슬리브(sleeve)인 것을 특징으로 하는 과급기.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,상기 회전축의 회전을 보조하는 전동기를 더 구비하고, 상기 전동기의 로터를 상기 유지 부재로서 상기 컴프레서 임펠러와 상기 씰 부재 사이에 배치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 과급기.
