Claims (4)
- 삭제
- 러빙포가 부착된 롤러의 양단에 롤 플랜지가 결합되고, 상기 롤 플랜지에 분리 결합되는 하나의 스핀들에는 스핀들을 회전자재토록 지지하기 위한 종동부가 결합되며, 다른 하나의 스핀들에는 스핀들의 회전자재토록 지지하면서 동력을 전달하기 위한 구동부가 결합되며, 상기 스핀들의 단부가 원뿔대 형상을 가지고 상기 스핀들의 원뿔대 부분에 상기 스핀들의 회전중심을 통과하는 핀 구멍이 상기 스핀들의 회전중심과 직교되게 형성되며 상기 핀 구멍에 고정핀 끼워지고, 상기 롤 플랜지의 중앙에 상기 스핀들의 원뿔대를 수용할 수 있는 결합 요홈이 형성되고 상기 롤 플랜지의 일면에 상기 스핀들의 고정핀과의 결합을 위한 하나 또는 두 개의 고정 홈이 형성되어, 상기 롤 플랜지에 상기 스핀들이 결합될 때 상기 롤 플랜지의 고정 홈에 상기 스핀들의 고정핀 끼워져 고정된 러빙장치에서 스핀들과의 결합을 위한 롤 플랜지의 구조에 있어서,상기 롤 플랜지의 양면 중 상기 스핀들이 분리 결합되는 방향에 위치하고 있는 일면의 외곽이 절삭 가공되어, 상기 롤 플랜지와 상기 스핀들과의 접촉면적은 그대로 유지하면서 롤 플랜지의 중량을 줄일 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 러빙장치에서 스핀들과의 결합을 위한 롤 플랜지의 구조.

- 제2항에 있어서,상기 롤 플랜지에 형성된 2개의 고정 홈이 십(十)자 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 러빙장치에서 스핀들과의 결합을 위한 롤 플랜지의 구조.
