Claims (5)
- 표면에 도막이 형성된 건축판으로서,당해 건축판이 목질 시멘트판이고,추가로 당해 도막의 표면에 알데히드 포착제를 포함하고, 콜로이드성 실리카를 주성분으로 하는 피복층이 형성되어 있으며, 당해 피복층은 수지를 함유하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 건축판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알데히드 포착제가 카보디하이드라지드임을 특징으로 하는 건축판.
- 제2항에 있어서, 알데히드 포착제가 포름알데히드 및/또는 아세트알데히드를 포착함을 특징으로 하는 건축판.
- 삭제
- 물과 알콜로 이루어진 혼합 용매에 계면활성제를 첨가하여, 콜로이드성 실리카의 분산액을 제1 처리액으로서 제조하는 제1 공정,제1 공정에 의해서 수득된 제1 처리액에 추가로 카보디하이드라지드액을 첨가함으로써 제2 처리액으로서 제조하는 제2 공정,제2 공정에 의해서 수득된 제2 처리액을 미리 도장이 실시된 건축판 표면에 공급하는 제3 공정 및제3 공정에 의해서 수득된 건축판을 건조시킴으로써 제2 처리액에 의한 표면층을 형성하는 제4 공정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 건축판의 제조방법.
