Claims (11)

1. Postupak premazivanja građevinske ploče (1) koja ima dekorativnu površinu (5) od drveta, pri čemu postupak sadrži korake: • nanošenja sloja premaza koji se suši UV zračenjem s pomoću ispisne glave za digitalni tisak (30) na dekorativnu površinu (5) od drveta na građevinskoj ploči (1) tako da se premaz nanosi u obliku kapljica iz ispisne glave za digitalni tisak (30), pri čemu se navedene kapljice nanose tako da se međusobno preklapaju; i • sušenja sloja premaza koji se suši UV zračenjem s pomoću UV svjetla (23), čime se stvara proziran zaštitni površinski sloj (L1, L2, L3), pri čemu je navedena dekorativna površina (5) od drveta vidljiva kroz navedeni prozirni zaštitni površinski sloj (L1, L2, L3), naznačen time da građevinska ploča (1) sadrži mehanički sustav blokiranja (9, 10, 6, 8, 14) na dvama suprotnim bridovima, da se sloj premaza koji se suši UV zračenjem nanosi s pomoću ispisne glave za digitalni tisak (30) na kosini (15a, 15b) oblikovanoj na bridu građevinske ploče (1) i da digitalno naneseni premaz služi za brtvljenje bridova i/ili sustava blokiranja (9, 10) radi zaštite od vlage upotrebom ispisne glave za nanošenje tekuće tvari.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je građevinska ploča (1) podna ploča.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, pri čemu je građevinska ploča (1) pojedinačna ploča veličine koja je u osnovi ista veličini završne građevinske ploče koja sadrži strojno obrađene bridove.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je sloj premaza koji se suši UV zračenjem tvar od tekućeg poliuretana.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je sloj premaza koji se suši UV zračenjem poliuretan na bazi vode koji se suši UV zračenjem.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu dekorativna površina (5) sadrži otisak (P).
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je ispisna glava za digitalni tisak (30) ispisna glava Piezo.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu veličina navedenih kapljica iznosi približno 60 – 200 pikolitara.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu sloj premaza koji se suši UV zračenjem (L2, L3) sadrži čestice otporne na trošenje i/ili ogrebotine.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu sloj premaza koji se suši UV zračenjem (L2, L3) sadrži strukturiranu površinu s udubljenjima (37) i izbočenjima (38).
11. Postupak prema zahtjevu 10, pri čemu je strukturirana površina poravnata s dekorativnom površinom (5).
