Claims (19)
1. Способ изготовления многослойного материала, включающий:
покрытие, по меньшей мере, части, по меньшей мере, первой подложки поверхностной радиационно-отверждаемой связующей краской;
нанесение, по меньшей мере, второй подложки на покрытую часть первой подложки для изготовления многослойного материала; и
отверждение многослойного материала.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором давление прилагается к многослойному материалу перед отверждением.
3. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором давление прилагается с использованием валика.
4. Способ по п. 2, в котором многослойный материал отверждается использование энергии электронного пучка или ультрафиолетового излучения.
5. Способ по п. 2, в котором радиационно-отверждаемая связующая краска содержит пигмент.
6. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором радиационно-отверждаемая связующая краска наносится путем налива.
7. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором радиационно-отверждаемая связующая краска наносится посредством трафаретного покрытия.
8. Связующая красящая композиция, содержащая, по меньшей мере, один акрилатный мономер, по меньшей мере, один пигмент, по меньшей мере, одно смачивающее вещество и, по меньшей мере, одно диспергирующее вещество.
9. Связующая красящая композиция по п. 8, в котором, по меньшей мере, один пигмент присутствует в количестве, составляющем от приблизительно 40% до приблизительно 50%.
10. Связующая красящая композиция по п. 8, дополнительно содержащая стабилизатор.
11. Связующая красящая композиция по пп. 8-10, дополнительно содержащая фотоинициатор.
12. Связующая красящая композиция по пп. 8-11, дополнительно содержащая кислый функциональный триакрилатный мономер.
13. Связующая красящая композиция по пп. 8-12, причем данная композиция отверждается электронным пучком.
14. Связующая красящая композиция по пп. 8-12, причем данная композиция отверждается ультрафиолетовым излучением.
15. Связующая красящая композиция по пп. 8-14, причем данная композиция проявляет хорошую матовость.
16. Связующая композиция по пп. 8-14, причем данная композиция проявляет адгезию к пленкам, выбранным из группы, которую составляют герметизирующие пленки на основе двуосноориентированного полипропилена (BOPP), покрытого полиэтилентерефталата (PET), металлизированного BOPP, соэкструдированного полиэтилена (PE), высоконепроницаемых материалов, и алюминиевой фольги и полиолефиновых герметизирующих пленок.
