Claims (8)
1. Postupak za izradu tiskanog proizvoda, a koji postupak se sastoji od:
nanošenja premaza na supstrat (16) koji se stvrdnjava energetski na prvoj stanici (12) koristeći, postupak tiskanja, navedeni energetski stvrdnuti premaz se sastoji od akrilnog materijala koji stvrdnjava radikalskom polimerizacijom;
stvrdnjavanja navedenog energetski stvrdnutog premaza upotrebom postupka energetskog stvrdnjavanja koji uključuje slobodnu radikalsku polimerizaciju na drugoj stanici (30) niže od navedene prve stanice kako bi stvorio energetski stvrdnut (suhi) sloj (102);
usmjeravanja navedenog supstrata prema trećoj stanici niže od druge stanice; i
nanošenja metalne tinte izravno na netaknutu površinu navedenog energetski stvrdnutog sloja koji se sastoji od energijom stvrdnutog premaznog materijala kako bi definirao metalni sloj tinte (106) na energetski stvrdnutom sloju,
naznačen time da
se navedeno nanošenje navedenog energetski stvrdnutog premaza na navedeni supstrat (16) na navedenoj prvoj stanici (12) sastoji od nanošenja navedenog energetski stvrdnutog premaza na navedeni supstrat na navedenoj prvoj stanici upotrebom gravirnog cilindra koji ima označene utore formirane na rečenom gravirnom cilindru, ti označeni utori su prilagođeni da zadrže navedeni energetski stvrdnuti premaz do kontakta s navedenim supstratom pri čemu se navedeni energetski stvrdnuti premaz nanosi na navedeni supstrat.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 se nadalje sastoji od nanošenja gornjeg sloja (104) na navedeni supstrat na četvrtoj stanici naznačen time da se navedeni gornji sloj nanosi preko navedenog sloja metalne tinte.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2 naznačen time da se navedeno stvrdnjavanje navedenog energetski stvrdnutog premaza upotrebom navedenog postupka stvrdnjavanja energijom sastoji od stvrdnjavanja navedenog energetski stvrdnutog premaza upotrebom zraka elektrona na navedenoj drugoj stanici niže od navedene prve stanice da bi definirao navedeni energetski stvrdnuti sloj (102).
4. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2 naznačen time da rečeni energetski stvrdnuti premaz koji se stvrdnjava pomoću navedenog postupka energetskog stvrdnjavanja obuhvaća stvrdnjavanje navedenog premaza upotrebom ultraljubičastih zraka na navedenoj drugoj stanici niže od navedene prve stanice da bi stvorio navedeni tvrdi energetski stvrdnuti sloj. (102).
5. Sustav za formiranje višestrukog ispisa na supstrat (16), koji se sastoji od:
sustava uvlačenja (14) za uvlačenje navedenog supstrata; množine stanica (12) od kojih svaka služi za poduzimanje koraka obrade na navedenom supstratu, prva od navedenih stanica je konfigurirana da nanese energetski stvrdnuti premaz na navedeni supstrat upotrebom postupka tiskanja, navedeni energetski stvrdnuti premaz se sastoji od akrilnog materijala koji se stvrdnjava slobodnom radikalskom polimerizacijom;
jedinica za stvrdnjavanje (30) smještena niže od navedene prve stance, navedena jedinica za stvrdnjavanje prima od navedenog supstrata i odašilje energetske zrake (34) usmjerene prema navedenom energetski ustvrdnutom premazu da bi stvrdnule navedeni energetski stvrdnuti premaz pomoću slobodne radikalske polimerizacije rezultat čega je formiranje povrh navedenog supstrata, sloja otpornog na energiju (102); i
druga stanica od navedenih više stanica konfigurirana da nanese metalnu tintu izravno na netaknutu površinu energetski stvrdnutog sloja (102) koji se sastoji od energetski stvrdnutog premaza kako bi stvorio sloj metalne tinte (106) na energetski stvrdnutom sloju, jedinica za stvrdnjavanje (30) se nalazi između prve i druge stanice
naznačen time da
je navedena prva stanica od tih vise stanica (129) konfigurirana da nanosi navedeni energetski stvrdnuti premaz na navedeni supstrat (16) gravirnim cilindrom koji ima
uleknuće za višestruki ispis koje se nalazi na tom gravirnom cilindru, navedeno uleknuće za višestruki ispis je adaptirano da bi zadržavalo navedeni energetski stvrdnuti premaz do kontakta s navedenim supstratom pri čemu je taj energetski učvršćeni premaz nanesen na navedeni supstrat.
6. Sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 5 naznačen time da se odnosi na treću stanicu od navedenih više stanica konfiguriranu tako da nanosi gornji sloj na navedeni supstrat (16) preko navedene metalne tinte i navedenog energetski stvrdnutog sloja.
7. Sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 5 ili 6 naznačen time da su navedene energetske zrake (34) zrake elektrona.
8. Sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 5 ili 6 naznačen time da su navedene energetske zrake (34) ultraljubičaste zrake.
