- 내부통로(16)를 갖는 공조케이스(10)와, 상기 내부통로(16)에 음, 양이온을 방출하는 이온발생기(40)를 구비하며, 상기 이온발생기(40)는 본체(42)와, 상기 내부통로(16)의 내부로 돌출되는 음이온 방전전극(46)과 양이온 방전전극(48)을 포함하는 차량용 공조장치에 있어서,주변에 응축된 수분의 유동으로 인한 상기 음이온 방전전극(46)과 양이온 방전전극(48) 상호간의 통전현상을 방지할 수 있도록, 상기 음이온 방전전극(46)과 양이온 방전전극(48) 상호간의 수분 유동을 차단하는 수분유동차단수단(50)을 포함하며,상기 수분유동차단수단(50)은, 상기 음이온 및 양이온 방전전극(46, 48) 사이의 상기 본체(42) 또는 상기 음이온 및 양이온 방전전극(46, 48) 사이의 상기 공조케이스(10)로부터 상기 내부통로(16)로 돌출되게 설치되는 차단배플(Baffle)(60, 70)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 차단배플(60, 70)은, 공기의 흐름을 방해하지 않도록 공기의 흐름방향과 나란하게 형성되며, 그 끝부분이 하방으로 연장되어 음이온 및 양이온 방전전극(46, 48) 간에 상호 유동하는 수분을 하부로 유도하여 낙하시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서상기 수분유동차단수단(50)은,상기 음이온 및 양이온 방전전극(46, 48) 상호간의 수분 유동을 차단할 수 있도록 상기 음이온 방전전극(46)과 양이온 방전전극(48)의 사이에 배치되는 상기 공조케이스(10)의 보강리브(80)이며,상기 음이온 방전전극(46)과 양이온 방전전극(48)은, 상기 보강리브(80)를 사이에 두고 양쪽에 배치되도록 상기 공조케이스(10)에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
