Description
Claims (11)
- 베이스부, 상기 베이스부의 외경 측으로부터 축방향으로 연장하는 외경부 및 상기 베이스부의 내경측으로부터 축방향으로 연장하는 칼라부를 구비하는 단면 C자 형의 드럼 부재;상향 돌출부, 상기 상향 돌출부의 외경측으로부터 축방향으로 연장하는 외경부, 상기 상향 돌출부의 내경측으로부터 축방향으로 연장하는 보스부 및 상기 외경부의 일단으로부터 연장하는 연결부를 구비하는 베이스 부재; 및내주면 일단부에 스플라인 홈 및 환형 요홈을 구비하는 유성기어의 링기어를 포함하고,상기 베이스 부재의 외경부 외주면에 상기 드럼 부재의 칼라부 내주면을 압입함으로써 일체로 고정하여 드럼을 구성하고,상기 베이스 부재의 연결부의 외주면에 형성된 스플라인을 상기 링기어의 스플라인 홈에 결합하고, 상기 환형 요홈에 스냅 링을 결합하여 고정한자동 변속기의 연결 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 링기어의 상기 환형 요홈을 구비하는 환형 부분은 전체 둘레의 적어도 하나의 위치에 노치부를 구비하고,상기 스냅 링은 C자형으로 이루어지고, 양단부에 외경방향으로 연장하는 탭을 구비하며,상기 탭을 상기 노치부에 위치시키고, 상기 노치부의 외경방향으로부터 상기 탭을 조작함으로써, 상기 스냅 링을 상기 환형 요홈에 결합하거나 결합해제하도록 하는자동 변속기의 연결 구조.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 스냅 링은상기 환형 부분의 상기 노치부와 면하는 부분과의 간섭을 방지하기 위하여 상기 탭에 인접하는 요부를 구비하는자동 변속기의 연결 구조.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 환형 부분에 형성된 상기 노치부는 적어도 2개 구비되고,하나의 상기 노치부에 의해 상기 스냅 링의 탭을 조작하고, 다른 하나의 상 기 노치부에 의해 상기 스냅 링이 상기 환형 요홈으로 끼워맞춰지는 것을 확인하는자동 변속기의 연결 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 베이스 부재의 외경부 외주면과 상기 드럼 부재의 칼라부 내주면의 결합면에 있어서의 축방향의 양단부분을 압입 치수로 하고, 그 양단 부분의 사이 부분에 간극을 형성하는자동 변속기의 연결 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 베이스 부재 외경부의 일단과 상기 드럼 부재의 칼라부의 일단을 정렬하고, 이들 외경부 및 칼라부의 일단부를 용접하여 이루어지는자동 변속기의 연결 구조.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,상기 드럼 부재는 프레스 성형에 의한 일체 부품으로 이루어지고,상기 베이스 부재의 외경부 외주면의 결합면에 있어서의 축방향 양단부분에 압입 치수로 되는 압입부와, 이들 압입부의 사이 부분에 상기 압입부보다 작은 직경으로 이루어지는 요부를 형성하여 이루어지는자동 변속기의 연결 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 드럼 부재의 외경부의 내경측에 클러치 허브를 설치하고,상기 클러치 허브의 외경부 외주면에 형성된 스플라인과 상기 드럼 부재의 외경부 내주면에 형성된 스플라인 사이에 다수의 마찰판을 교대로 결합해서 배치하여 이루어지는자동 변속기의 연결 구조.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 베이스 부재의 상향 돌출부를 실린더 저면으로 하고, 상기 드럼 부재의 칼라부의 외주면 및 상기 베이스 부재의 보스부 외주면을 슬라이딩면으로 해서, 상기 드럼에 피스톤 부재를 유밀하게 결합하고, 상기 다수의 마찰판용의 유압 서보를 구성하여 이루어지는자동 변속기의 연결 구조.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 피스톤 부재는 상기 유압 서보를 구성하는 피스톤부, 상기 피스톤부로부터 외경측으로 연장하는 피스톤 로드부, 및 상기 피스톤부의 외경측으로부터 축방향 피스톤 배면측으로 연장하는 원통부를 구비하고,상기 원통부에 유밀하게 배치되고, 상기 베이스 부재 보스부에 고정되는 캔슬 플레이트를 배치하고, 상기 피스톤부의 배면에 캔슬 유실을 형성하여 이루어지는자동 변속기의 연결 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 베이스 부재의 상향 돌출부는 외경측보다 내경측이 두껍게 형성되어 이루어지는자동 변속기의 연결 구조.
