Description
Claims (14)
- 액체 이산화탄소를, 물 위를 가는 이송 베셀(이하 "선박"이라함) 위에 있는 압축 및 냉각 액화 기체 저장용기로부터 표면 플랫폼에 연결된 근해 주입 유정으로 이송하는 방법으로서, 상기 방법은 상기 저장용기 및 상기 플랫폼을 도관, 제1 펌프, 제2 펌프, 가열기, 팽창탱크 및 제3 펌프와 연결하는 단계(상기 단계에서 상기 도관은 그 일부가 상기 선박 및 상기 플랫폼 사이의 물속에 잠기게 되는 플렉서블(flexible)한 부분을 포함함); 상기 제1 펌프를 사용하여 액체 이산화탄소를 상기 저장용기로부터 상기 도관을 따라 상기 제2 펌프로 펌핑하는 단계; 상기 제2 펌프를 사용하여 상기 도관을 따라 상기 액체 이산화탄소를 펌핑하고 상기 가열기 및 상기 도관의 플렉서블(flexible)한 부분을 통과시켜 상기 제3 펌프로 펌핑하는 단계; 상기 가열기를 사용하여 상기 제3 펌프에 도달하기 전에 상기 액체 이산화탄소를 가열하는 단계; 상기 제3 펌프를 사용하여 상기 액체 이산화탄소를 상기 주입유정 아래로 펌핑하는 단계; 상기 팽창탱크를 사용하여 상기 제3 펌프의 상기 액체 이산화탄소를 상기 주입유정 아래로 펌핑하는 상기 제3 펌프를 작동하기 전 단계에서 상기 제3 펌프의 상기 도관 상류측 및 상기 플렉서블한 부분의 상승하는 부분의 끝에서 하류측에 있는 상기 도관 내의 압력을 조절하는 단계; 및 펌프 또는 압축 기체를 사용하여, 상기 제3 펌프의 상기 액체 이산화탄소를 상기 주입유정 아래로 펌핑하는 작동 전에, 상기 팽창 탱크 내에 수집된 액체 이산화탄소를 상기 도관으로 이송하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것인, 액체 이산화탄소의 이송방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 펌프는 상기 저장용기내에 배치된 배출 펌프이고, 상기 제2 펌프는 상기 저장용기 외부에 배치된 부스터 펌프인 것인, 액체 이산화탄소의 이송방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 베셀은 물 안에 침지된 상기 도관의 부분으로 들어가기 전에, 액체 이산화탄소의 적어도 일부분을 가열하도록 배치된 가열기를 가지는 것인, 액체 이산화탄소의 이송방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 가열기는 상기 배출 및 부스터 펌프의 하류측에 배치된 것인, 액체 이산화탄소의 이송방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 저장용기의 압력을 유지하기 위하여 상기 제1 또는 제2 펌프에서 이산화탄소의 일부분이 상기 저장용기로 유출되고, 증발되고, 되돌아가는, 액체 이산화탄소의 이송방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 저장용기에 있는 상기 액화된 이산화탄소는 삼중점보다 위에서 유지되는 것인, 액체 이산화탄소의 이송방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 펌프들과 가열기들은 액화된 이산화탄소를, 상기 이산화탄소가 액체상으로 있는 온도 및 압력에서, 상기 플렉서블한 도관의 침지된 부분으로 전달하도록 배치되는 것인, 액체 이산화탄소의 이송방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 펌프들과 가열기들은 액화된 이산화탄소를, -50℃ 내지 0℃에서, 상기 플렉서블한 도관의 침지된 부분으로 전달하도록 배치되는 것인, 액체 이산화탄소의 이송방법.
- LCD 이송 시스템으로서, 상기 시스템은 물 위를 가는 LCD 이송 베셀, 주입유정으로 연결된 표면 플랫폼, 및 상기 베셀에 연결된 도관, 그리고 상기 플랫폼 위에 있는 LCD 주입 펌프를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 베셀은 압축 및 냉각 LCD 저장용기, LCD를 상기 도관을 따라 상기 저장용기의 외부로 펌핑하기 위한, 상기 저장용기 내에 있는 배출 펌프; LCD를 상기 도관을 따라 상기 플랫폼으로 펌핑하기 위한 부스터 펌프, 상기 배출 펌프의 하류측으로부터 상기 저장용기로 가는 제1 환류 라인, 상기 부스터 펌프의 하류측으로부터 상기 저장용기로 가는 제2 환류 라인, 및 선택적으로 상기 베셀로부터 상기 도관을 따라 흐르는 LCD를 가열하도록 제1 가열기를 가지고, 그리고 상기 플랫폼은 LCD를 상기 주입유정 아래로 주입시키기 위한 주입 펌프, 상기 주입 펌프의 상류측에 있는 상기 도관 내 LCD의 압력을 조정하도록 배치되는 팽창탱크, 상기 주입펌프의 하류측으로부터의 제3 환류 라인, 선택적으로 상기 주입 펌프의 상류측에 있는 도관 내 LCD를 가열하도록 배치되는 제2 가열기, 및 선택적으로 상기 제3 환류 라인 내 이산화탄소를 냉각하도록 배치되는 냉각기를 가지고; 상기 제1 및 제2 가열기들 중에서 적어도 하나는 상기 시스템에 존재하는 것인, LCD 이송 시스템.
- 압축 및 냉각 LCD 저장용기, LCD를 도관을 따라 상기 저장용기의 외부로 펌핑하기 위한, 상기 저장용기 내에 있는 배출 펌프; LCD를 상기 도관을 따라 플랫폼으로 펌핑하기 위한 부스터 펌프, 상기 배출 펌프의 하류측으로부터 상기 저장용기로 가는 제1 환류 라인, 상기 부스터 펌프의 하류측으로부터 상기 저장용기로 가는 제2 환류 라인, 및 선택적으로 베셀로부터 상기 도관을 따라 흐르는 LCD를 가열하도록 제1 가열기를 포함하여 이루어지는, 물 위를 가는 LCD 이송 베셀.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가열하는 단계는 그 액체 이산화탄소가 물 안에 잠기는 상기 플렉서블한 부분에 들어가지 전에 행해지는 것인, 액체 이산화탄소의 이송방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 저장용기의 압력을 유지하기 위하여 상기 제1 및 제2 펌프에서 이산화탄소의 일부분이 상기 저장용기로 유출되고, 증발되고, 되돌아가는(return), 액체 이산화탄소의 이송방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제1 가열기는 상기 부스터 펌프의 하류측에 위치되는 것인, LCD 이송 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제1 가열기는 상기 부스터 펌프의 하류측에 위치되는 것인, 물 위를 가는 LCD 이송 베셀.
