Description
Claims (11)
- A) 1종 이상의 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트 99.9 내지 10 중량부, 및B) 1종 이상의 올레핀과, 메타크릴산의 알킬 또는 아릴알킬 에스테르(여기에서 알킬 또는 아릴알킬기의 탄소 원자수는 5 내지 30개임) 1종 이상으로 이루어지며 190℃에서 2.16 kg의 시험 부하로 측정 또는 결정된 MFI (용융 유동 지수)가 150 g/10분 이상인 1종 이상의 공중합체 0.1 내지 20 중량부를 포함하며,상기 공중합체 B)의 0 중량% 내지 초과 4 중량% 미만이 에폭시드, 옥세탄, 무수물, 이미드, 아지리딘, 푸란, 산, 아민, 옥사졸린으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 추가의 반응성 관능기를 함유하는 단량체 단위로 이루어진 열가소성 성형 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체 B)에서, 1종의 올레핀이 에텐인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 성형 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, A) 및 B) 이외에,C) 1종 이상의 충전제 또는 보강재 0.001 내지 70 중량부,D) 1종 이상의 난연성 첨가제 0.001 내지 50 중량부,E) 1종 이상의 엘라스토머 개질제 0.001 내지 80 중량부,F) 폴리카르보네이트 0.001 내지 80 중량부,G) 안정화제, 대전방지제, 유동 보조제, 이형제, 추가의 방화 첨가제, 유화제, 기핵제, 가소제, 윤활제, 염료, 안료 및 전기 전도성을 증가시키기 위한 첨가제로부터 선택된 첨가제 0.001 내지 10 중량부로부터의 하나 이상의 성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 성형 조성물.
- 성분 A) 99.9 내지 10 중량부와 성분 B) 0.1 내지 20 중량부를 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 열가소성 성형 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 열가소성 성형 조성물의 사출 성형 또는 압출을 통해 수득가능한 성형물 또는 반제품.
- 제5항에 있어서, 박벽 (thin-wall) 기술에 의해 제조되는 성형물 또는 반제품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 열가소성 성형 조성물을 사출 성형 공정에서 탕도 시스템 (runner system)에 의해 4개 이상의 금형에 충전시키는 멀티툴링 (multitooling) 시스템에 의해 제조되는 성형물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 전기 산업, 전자 산업, 전기 통신 산업, 자동차 산업 또는 컴퓨터 산업, 스포츠, 의학, 가정 또는 엔터테인먼트 산업에 사용되는 성형물 또는 반제품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 자동차 산업에서, 성형물이 자동차의 냉각 순환 시스템 또는 오일 순환 시스템, 또는 이들 둘다에 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형물 또는 반제품.
- A) 1종 이상의 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트 99.9 내지 10 중량부를 포함하는열가소성 성형 조성물의 유동성 향상 또는 점도 감소 방법으로서,B) 1종 이상의 올레핀과, 메타크릴산의 알킬 또는 아릴알킬 에스테르(여기에서 알킬 또는 아릴알킬기의 탄소 원자수는 5 내지 30개임) 1종 이상으로 이루어지며 190℃에서 2.16 kg의 시험 부하로 측정 또는 결정된 MFI (용융 유동 지수)가 150 g/10분 이상인 1종 이상의 공중합체 0.1 내지 20 중량부를 더 포함하며, 상기 공중합체 B)의 0 중량% 초과 내지 4 중량% 미만이 에폭시드, 옥세탄, 이미드, 아지리딘, 푸란, 산, 아민, 옥사졸린으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 추가의 반응성 관능기를 함유하는 단량체 단위로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
