Claims (8)
- 제1 광의 일부를 흡수하고 제2 광을 발산하는 동시에 상기 제1 광의 일부를 투과하는 세라믹 복합체로 이루어지는 층과, 상기 세라믹 복합체의 표면에 형성되며, 상기 제1 광의 일부 또는 상기 제2 광의 일부를 흡수하고 제3 광을 발산하는 동시에 상기 제1 광의 일부 또는 제2 광의 일부를 투과하는 색조 제어용 형광체층을 가지는 광변환 구조체로서, 상기 세라믹 복합체가 적어도 2개 이상의 금속 산화물상이 연속적이면서 3차원적으로 서로 얽혀서 형성되어 있는 응고체로 이루어지고, 상기 응고체 안의 금속 산화물상 중 적어도 하나는 형광을 발산하는 금속원소 산화물을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광변환 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 응고체가 α-Al2O3상과 세륨으로 활성화된 Y3Al5O12(YAG)상의 2개의 금속 산화물상으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광변환 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 응고체가 α-Al2O3상과 테르븀으로 활성화된 Y3Al5O12(YAG)상의 2개의 금속 산화물상으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광변환 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 광이 200㎚~500㎚에서 피크를 가지는 빛이고, 상기 제2 광이 파장 510㎚~650㎚에서 피크를 가지는 빛이며, 상기 제3 광이 550㎚~700㎚에서 피크를 가지는 빛인 것을 특징으로 하는 광변환 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 색조 제어용 형광체층이 CaAlSiN3:Eu, BaMgAl10O17:Eu, 및 Ca2Si5N8:Eu로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 형광체를 실리콘 수지에 분산시킨 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 광변환 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 색조 제어용 형광체층이 Y3Al5O12(YAG)상과 Cr을 첨가한 α-Al2O3상이 연속적이면서 3차원적으로 서로 얽혀서 형성되어 있는 응고체로 이루어지는 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 광변환 구조체.
- 상기 제1 광을 발산하는 발광소자와, 상기 발광소자의 제1 광을 받도록 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 광변환 구조체를 설치한 발광장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 발광소자가 발광 다이오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.
