Claims (6)
- 하기의 단계를 포함하는 코팅구연산 제조방법:(1) 코팅구연산 총 중량에 대하여 65-78중량%의 구연산 및 1-5중량%의 제3인산칼슘을 혼합하여 체별한 다음 유동층 혼합하여 구연산 유동 혼합물을 준비하는 단계;(2) 코팅구연산 총 중량에 대하여 20-33중량%의 식물성 정제가공유지를 90-130℃에서 녹인후 스크린필터를 이용하여 여과하여 코팅용 정제가공유지를 준비하는 단계;(3) 압축공기를 냉각한 후 마이크로 필터로 여과하고, 이를 70-110℃의 온도로 가열하여 이송용 압축공기를 준비하는 단계;(4) 상기 (3) 단계의 준비된 압축공기를 이용하여 상기 (2) 단계의 여과된 정제가공유지를 코팅제 이송용 튜브로 이송하는 단계;(5) 상기 (1) 단계의 구연산 유동 혼합물을 상기 (4) 단계의 이송된 정제가공유지로 코팅(Coating)하는 단계; 및(6) 상기 (5) 단계의 코팅된 혼합물을 40-70℃로 냉각하고 메쉬필터로 체별하는 단계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (6) 단계의 체별 단계 후에 코팅구연산 혼합물 중에서 구연산 함량이 70% 이상인 것을 검사하고 선별하는 단계를 추가적으로 더 포함하는 코팅구연산 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 제조방법으로 제조되고, 코팅구연산 총 조성물에 대하여 65-78중량%의 구연산 및 1-5중량%의 제 3인산칼슘 혼합물이 20-33중량%의 정제가공유지로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅구연산.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 정제가공유지는 대두로부터 얻은 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅구연산.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 제조방법으로 제조된 코팅구연산을 함유하는 가공식품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 제조방법으로 제조된 코팅구연산을 함유하는 껌.
