Description
Claims (8)
- (A) 폴리카보네이트계 수지 50 내지 100 중량%;(B) 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 수지 0 내지 50 중량%; 및(C) 알킬(메타)아크릴레이트 수지; 0 내지 50 중량%;로 이루어진 기초수지 100 중량부에 대하여,(D) 환형 t-부틸포스포네이트 0.5 내지 30 중량부;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐계 난연성 폴리카보네이트계 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 수지(B)는 방향족 비닐계 중합체로 이루어진 매트릭스에 고무상 중합체가 분산되어 존재하는 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐계 난연성 폴리카보네이트계 수지 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 고무변성 방향족 비닐계 수지(B)는 (B1)고무상 중합체 4 내지 65중량%, 방향족비닐계 단량체 30 내지 95 중량%, 상기 방향족비닐계 단량체와 공중합 할 수 있는 단량체 1 내지 20중량%, 및 가공성과 내열성을 부가하는 단량체 0 내지 15중량%를 그라프트 중합한 그라프트 공중합체 수지 20 내지 100중량%; (B2) 방향족비닐계 단량체 60 내지 90중량%, 상기 방향족비닐계 단량체와 공중합 할 수 있는 단량체 10 내지 40중량% 및 가공성과 내열성을 부가하는 단량체 0 내지 30중량%의 공중합체 수지 0 내지 80중량%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐계 난연성 폴리카보네이트계 수지 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 방향족비닐계 단량체와 공중합 할 수 있는 단량체는 불포화 니트릴계 화합물이며, 상기 가공성과 내열성을 부가하는 단량체는 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 무수 말레인산, N-치환말레이드 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐계 난연성 폴리카보네이트계 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물은 (E)방향족 인산 에스테르 화합물을 0.0001 중량부 내지 20 중량부 범위로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐계 난연성 폴리카보네이트계 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물은 열안정제, 적하방지제, 산화방지제, 상용화제, 광안정제, 안료, 염료, 무기물 첨가제 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 첨가제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐계 난연성 폴리카보네이트계 수지 조성물.
