Claims (30)
- 적어도 하나의 슬러리 반응기를 포함하는 제 1 반응 존에서 프로필렌과 에틸렌 또는 적어도 네개의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 α-올레핀인 코모노머를 중합하여 제 1 중합 생성물을 수득하고, 제 1 생성물을 적어도 하나의 가스상 반응기를 포함하는 제 2 반응 존으로 운반한 후, 프로필렌을 가스상 반응기에서 제 1 중합 생성물의 존재하에 코모노머와 중합시키는 것을 포함하고, 가스상 반응기내 온도가 슬러리 반응기내 온도보다 적어도 10 ℃ 높은 것을 특징으로 하여, 프로필렌을 촉매의 존재하에서 에틸렌 또는 적어도 네개의 탄소원자를 포함하는 α-올레핀인 코모노머와 다단계 방법으로 중합시키는 것을 포함하는, 프로필렌 랜덤(random) 코폴리머의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가스상 반응기내 온도가 슬러리 반응기내 온도보다 적어도 15 ℃ 높은 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 가스상 반응기에서 제조된 생성물의 코모노머 함량이 슬러리 반응기에서 제조된 것보다 높은 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 가스상 반응기에서 제조된 생성물의 코모노머 함량이 슬러리 반응기에서 제조된 것보다 적어도 0.5 중량% 높은 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 코모노머가 에틸렌인 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 슬러리 반응기에서 제조된 생성물의 에틸렌 함량이 2 내지 6 중량%인 방법.
- 제 5 항 또는 6 항에 있어서, 가스상 반응기에서 제조된 생성물의 에틸렌 함량이 3 내지 12 중량%인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 슬러리 반응기가 벌크 반응기인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 슬러리 반응기 내의 온도가 70 ℃ 이상인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가스상 반응기 내의 온도가 80 ℃ 이상인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 슬러리 반응기와 가스상 반응기 사이의 생산 스플릿(production split)이 30:70 내지 70:30인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 촉매가 촉매 성분, 조촉매 성분 및 외부 공여체(external donor)를 포함하는 지글러-나타(Ziegler-Natta) 타입의 촉매 시스템인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득될 수 있는 프로필렌 랜덤 코폴리머.
- 프로필렌을 에틸렌 또는 적어도 네개의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 α-올레핀인 코모노머와 공중합시켜 제조되고, TREF 방법에 따라 결정되는 코모노머의 분포가 다중모드(multimodal)이며, TREF 방법에 따라 결정되는, 90 ℃ 이하의 온도에서 용출되는 코폴리머 성분들의 양이 코폴리머 총 양의 50 중량% 미만인 프로필렌 랜덤 코폴리머.
- 제 13 항 또는 14 항에 있어서, TREF 방법에 따라 결정된 용출 간격이 50 ℃ 이상인 프로필렌 랜덤 코폴리머.
- 프로필렌을 에틸렌 또는 적어도 네개의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 α-올레핀인 코모노머와 공중합시켜 제조되고, TREF 방법에 따라 결정되는 용출 간격이 50 ℃ 이상이며, TREF 방법에 따라 결정되는, 90 ℃ 이하의 온도에서 용출되는 코폴리머 성분들의 양이 코폴리머 총 양의 50 중량% 미만인 프로필렌 랜덤 코폴리머.
- 제 13 항, 제 14 항 및 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용융 온도 Tm이 135 ℃ 이상인 프로필렌 랜덤 코폴리머.
- 제 13 항, 제 14 항 및 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에틸렌 함량이 6 중량% 이하인 프로필렌 랜덤 코폴리머.

- 제 13 항, 제 14 항 및 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 코폴리머를 포함하는 필름.
- 제 13 항, 제 14 항 및 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 코폴리머를 포함하며 취입 성형(blow moulding)에 의해 제조된 제품.
