Claims (8)
- 여기광을 받아 적색 형광을 발광하는 형광체로서, 조성식 Sr(La1 - xEux)6W10O40 (0 < x ≤ 1) 로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적색 발광 형광체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 x 가 0.2≤ x ≤ 1 인 것을 특징으로 하는 적색 발광 형광체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 여기광이 370 ∼ 410㎚ 파장의 자외선인 것을 특징으로 하는 적색 발광 형광체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 여기광이 455 ∼ 470㎚ 파장의 청색광인 것을 특징으로 하는 적색 발광 형광체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 여기광이 520 ∼ 550㎚ 파장의 녹색광인 것을 특징으로 하는 적색 발광 형광체.
- 자외선 발광 소자와, 그 자외선 발광 소자가 발광하는 자외선을 여기광으로 하여 적색 형광을 발광하는 적색 발광 형광체, 녹색 형광을 발광하는 녹색 발광 형광체 및 청색 형광을 발광하는 청색 발광 형광체를 갖는 백색 발광 소자에 있어서,상기 자외선 발광 소자가 발광하는 자외선이 370 ∼ 410㎚ 에서 발광 피크를 갖고,상기 적색 발광 형광체가 원소 조성식 Sr(La1 - xEux)6W10O40 (0 < x ≤ 1) 로 표시되는 적색 발광 형광체인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 발광 소자.
- 청색 발광 소자와, 그 청색 발광 소자가 발광하는 청색광을 여기광으로 하여 적색 형광을 발광하는 적색 발광 형광체 및 녹색 형광을 발광하는 녹색 발광 형광체를 갖는 백색 발광 소자에 있어서,상기 청색 발광 소자가 발광하는 청색광이 455 ∼ 470㎚ 에서 발광 피크를 갖고,상기 적색 발광 형광체가 원소 조성식 Sr(La1 - xEux)6W10O40 (0 < x ≤ 1) 로 표시되는 적색 발광 형광체인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 발광 소자.
- 청색 발광 소자와, 그 청색 발광 소자가 발광하는 청색광을 여기광으로 하여 적색 형광을 발광하는 적색 발광 형광체 및 황색 형광을 발광하는 황색 발광 형광 체를 갖는 백색 발광 소자에 있어서,상기 청색 발광 소자가 발광하는 청색광이 455 ∼ 470㎚ 에서 발광 피크를 갖고,상기 적색 발광 형광체가 원소 조성식 Sr(La1 - xEux)6W10O40 (0 < x ≤ 1) 로 표시되는 적색 발광 형광체인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색 발광 소자.
