Claims (4)
- 카프로락탐 100 중량부에 대하여 중합개시제로서 0.1 내지 20중량부의 물과, 사슬조절제로서 방향족 디카르복실산 성분 0.1 내지 1.0중량부, 제3급 질소를 함유하는 디아민 성분 0.02 내지 0.5중량부, 및 벤젠고리를 갖는 모노아민 성분 0.01 내지 0.5중량부의 존재 하에서, 카프로락탐을 용융 중합시키며,상기 벤젠고리를 갖는 모노아민 성분은 벤질아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 6 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디카르복실산 성분은 테레프탈산, 이소프탈산 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 폴리아미드 6 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제3급 질소를 함유하는 디아민 성분은 3-디메틸아미노프로필아민, 3-디에틸아미노프로필아민, 4-디메틸아미노부틸아민, 4-디에틸아미노부틸아민 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 폴리아미드 6 중합체의 제조방법.
