Claims (12)
- (I) 락탐, ω-아미노카르복실산, ω-아미노카르복실산 니트릴, ω-아미노카르복스아미드, ω-아미노카르복실산염, ω-아미노카르복실산 에스테르, 디아민과 디카르복실산이 동량씩 혼합된 혼합물, 디카르복실산/디아민 염, 디니트릴 및 디아민 중에서 선택된 단량체 또는 이 단량체들의 혼합물을,(II) 폴리아미드(VIII) 중합체 주쇄와 아미드를 형성할 수 있는 작용기를 갖는 입체장애 피페리딘 유도체 0.01 내지 0.5중량%,(III) 폴리아미드(VIII) 중합체 주쇄와 아미드를 형성할 수 있는 수 개의 아민기를 갖는 화합물 0.01 내지 0.5중량%, 및 임의로는(IV) 폴리아미드(VIII) 중합체 주쇄와 아미드를 형성할 수 있는 아민기를 갖는 화합물,(V) 폴리아미드(VIII) 중합체 주쇄와 아미드를 형성할 수 있는 카르복실산기를 갖는 화합물, 및(VI) 폴리아미드(VIII) 중합체 주쇄와 아미드를 형성할 수 있는 수 개의 카르복실산기를 갖는, 단량체(I)와는 상이한 화합물 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 화합물의 존재하에 중합시키며, 이 때 성분(I), (II), (III), (IV), (V) 및 (VI)의 합은 100%이며, 성분(II), (III), (IV), (V) 및 (VI)는 아미드 결합을 통해 중합체쇄에 결합되며, 중합체쇄와 아미드를 형성할 수 있는 성분(II), (III) 및 (IV)의 아민기의 합은, 중합체쇄와 아미드를 형성할 수 있는 성분(II), (V) 및 (VI)의 카르복실산기의 합보다 크거나 같은 것을 특징으로 하는, 상기 단량체(I)로부터 폴리아미드(VIII)를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 화합물(III)이 폴리아미드(VIII)와 아미드를 형성할 수 있는 아민기를 두 개 갖는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 화합물(III)로서 헥사메틸렌디아민을 사용하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 화합물(II)로서 4-아미노-2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페리딘을 사용하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 화합물(VI)이 폴리아미드(VIII)와 아미드를 형성할 수 있는 카르복실산기를 두 개 갖는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 화합물(VI)로서 술폰화 디카르복실산을 사용하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 화합물(VI)로서 술포이소프탈산 또는 그의 염을 사용하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따르는 방법으로 제조될 수 있는 폴리아미드(VIII).
