Claims (18)
- 통로(2)를 갖는 압출 허니콤체(1)의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 통로(2)는 부분적으로 또는 완전히 구조물(4)을 갖는 벽 영역(3)에 의해 한정되고, 허니콤체(1)와 압출 다이(5) 사이에 방향(9, 10, 11)으로 추가적인 상대 운동을 발생시켜 통로(2)의 벽 영역(3)이 변형되도록 압출 다이(5)로 허니콤체(1)를 압출하고, 상기 벽 영역(3)이 상이한 두께를 갖도록, 압출 중에 일시적으로 또는 영구적으로 상기 허니콤체(1)를 압축시키거나, 신장시키거나, 또는 압축 및 신장시키는 압출 허니콤체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 압출중에 일시적으로 또는 영구적으로 상기 압출 다이(5)를 회전방향(9)으로 회전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 허니콤체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 압출중에 일시적으로 또는 영구적으로 상기 허니콤체(1)를 회전방향(9)으로 회전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 허니콤체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 압출중에 일시적으로 또는 영구적으로 상기 압출 다이(5)를 미리 정해진 압출 방향(6)에 대해 횡방향(10)으로 오프셋시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 허니콤체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 압출중에 일시적으로 또는 영구적으로 상기 허니콤체(1)를 미리 정해진 압출 방향(6)에 대해 횡방향(10)으로 오프셋시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 허니콤체의 제조 방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 압출중에 일시적으로 또는 영구적으로 허니콤체(1)와 압출 다이(5) 중 어느 일방 또는 양방을 미리 정해진 압출 방향(6)에 대해 진동 운동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 허니콤체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 압출 다이(5)를 떠난 직후에 상기 허니콤체(1)를 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 허니콤체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 구조물(4)을 갖는 허니콤체(1)를 그 후에 소정의 길이(7)로 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 허니콤체의 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 허니콤체(1)를 절단한 후 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 허니콤체의 제조 방법.
- 벽 영역(3)에 의해 한정되는 통로(2)를 갖는 압출 허니콤체(1)를 제조하기 위한 압출 다이(5)로서, 압출 마스크(19)를 형성하는 하우징(18) 및 다수의 고정 프로파일 핀(17)을 포함하는 압출 다이에 있어서, 압출 마스크(19)는 구조물(4)을 갖는 벽 영역(3)이 형성될 수 있도록 제조 공정중에 가변적이고, 미리 정해진 개수의 프로파일 핀(17) 또는 모든 프로파일 핀(17) 및 하우징(18)의 소영역(20)은, 상이한 두께(24)를 갖는 벽 영역(3)이 형성될 수 있도록, 서로에 대해 방향(9, 10, 11)으로 이동가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 다이(5).

- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(18)은, 서로에 대해 변위가능한 세그먼트(21)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 다이(5).
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(18)에 대해 프로파일 핀(17)의 고정물(22)이 이동가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 다이(5).
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 프로파일 핀(17)의 고정물(22)은 굽힘가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 다이(5).
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 미리 정해진 개수의 프로파일 핀(17) 또는 모든 프로파일 핀(17)은 강자성 재료로 제조되고, 압출 다이(5)는 하우징(18)에 대해 프로파일 핀(17)의 상대 운동을 발생시키는 자화 장치(23)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 다이(5).
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 프로파일 핀(17)은 가변성 외부 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 다이(5).
