Claims (3)
- 대향하는 제1 주요면 및 제2 주요면을 갖는 알루미나 기체와,상기 제1 주요면으로부터 0.4 ㎜ 이하의 깊이에서 상기 알루미나 기체 내에 매설된 금속으로 이루어지는 막형의 매설 전극과,상기 매설 전극보다도 제2 주요면측에서 상기 알루미나 기체 내에 매설된 금속으로 이루어지는 매설 단자를 포함하며, 상기 매설 단자는 상기 매설 전극에 접촉하고,상기 매설 전극의 막 두께는 25 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나 소성체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매설 단자와 상기 매설 전극이 접촉하는 접촉면에서, 상기 매설 단자의 외주 부분은 모따기되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나 소성체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 모따기된 상기 외주 부분의 곡율 반경은 0.2 ㎜ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나 소성체.
