Claims (9)
- 식물성 또는 해양성의 원료로부터 추출된 콜라겐 펩타이드가 각각 또는 균일한 비율로 혼합되어 구성되는 콜라겐 펩타이드 조성물로서, 식품 노화방지용 또는 보존성 향상용으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품용 콜라겐 펩타이드 조성물.

- 식물성 또는 해양성에서 유래한 콜라겐 원료를 95~105℃에서 60~120 분간 열탕처리하는 단계;상기 열탕처리한 콜라겐 원료를 아황산, 오존 또는 10∼20Å의 크기와 g당 1,000㎟ 이상의 표면적을 갖는 미세기공을 가지며, 입도가 90-95%이고, 입자의 크기가 10∼50 메쉬이며, 충전밀도가 0.48-0.56(g/cc)인 입상 활성탄을 사용하여 탈취시켜 수용성 콜라겐을 얻는 단계;상기에서 얻은 수용성 콜라겐을 산성용액에서 0.1∼0.5 wt%의 효소를 첨가하여 45∼55℃로 12∼24시간 동안 가수분해하고, 아황산, 오존 또는 10∼20Å의 크기와 g당 1,000㎟ 이상의 표면적을 갖는 미세기공을 가지며, 입도가 90-95%이고, 입자의 크기가 10∼50 메쉬이며, 충전밀도가 0.48-0.56(g/cc)인 입상 활성탄을 사용하여 탈취시켜 가수분해 콜라겐을 얻는 단계;상기에서 얻은 가수분해 콜라겐을 액상 또는 건조하여 분말화 하는 단계; 및상기에서 얻은 액상 또는 분말 형태의 가수분해 콜라겐을 균일한 비율로 혼합하는 단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품용 콜라겐 펩타이드 조성물의 제조방법.
