Claims (4)
- 터빈에 도입된 배기 가스가 팽창하여 얻어지는 축 출력으로 동축의 압축기를 회전시키도록 구성된 축류식 배기 터빈 과급기에 있어서,별체의 내측 케이싱 및 외측 케이싱을 결합에 의해 일체화해서 양쪽 케이싱 사이에 형성되는 공간이 상기 배기 가스를 터빈 노즐에 도입하는 배기 가스 유로가 되는 이중 구조의 가스 입구 케이싱을 구비하고, 상기 배기 가스 유로를 상기 외측 케이싱의 내면을 따라 터빈 회전 방향의 전체 둘레에 걸쳐 마련하는 동시에, 상기 내측 케이싱을 축 방향으로 착탈가능하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는배기 터빈 과급기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,터빈 노즐을 형성하는 노즐 링은 가스 입구측의 외주측 단부 내주면이 나팔 형상으로 직경이 확장되고, 상기 외측 케이싱의 내주면과 상기 노즐 링의 가스 입구측 단부 외주면을 끼워맞춤시키는 것을 특징으로 하는배기 터빈 과급기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 배기 가스 유로의 원주 방향이 터빈 축 방향에 마련된 칸막이 판으로 2분할되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는배기 터빈 과급기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 터빈 노즐에 연결되는 가스 안내 하우징이, 서로의 단부끼리를 끼워맞춤시킨 인 로우(in row) 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는배기 터빈 과급기.
