Claims (5)
- 광학 슬릿으로 이루어지는 회전 각도 검출용 트랙을 갖는 회전 슬릿판과,상기 광학 슬릿에 광을 조사하는 광원과,상기 광학 슬릿으로의 상기 광원으로부터의 광의 조사 위치에 대응하여 배치되어, 상기 광원으로부터의 광을 상기 광학 슬릿을 거쳐서 수광하는 회전 각도 검출용 수광 소자와,상기 광학 슬릿으로의 상기 광원으로부터의 광의 조사 위치에 대응하여 원주 상의 복수 개소에 배치되어, 상기 광원으로부터의 광을 상기 광학 슬릿을 거쳐서 수광하는 복수의 광량 모니터용 수광 소자를 구비하고,상기 광량 모니터용 수광 소자의 각도폭은, 상기 광학 슬릿을 거친 상기 광원으로부터의 광의, 상기 광량 모니터용 수광 소자의 표면에서의 강도 분포의 각도 주기의 정수배이며,상기 복수의 광량 모니터용 수광 소자 중 2개의 광량 모니터용 수광 소자는, 상기 광학 슬릿으로의 상기 광원으로부터의 광의 조사 위치에 대응하여 원주 상에 배치되고, 또한, 상기 2개의 상기 광량 모니터용 수광 소자는 상기 원주의 중심점을 중심으로 하여 각도 180°의 위치에 배치됨으로써, 상기 강도 분포의 반경 방향의 편차와 상기 광량 모니터용 수광 소자의 반경 방향의 편차에 의해 발생하는, 상기 광량 모니터용 수광 소자로부터의 신호 변화를 억제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 로터리 인코더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 광량 모니터용 수광 소자 중 상기 2개의 광량 모니터용 수광 소자 이외의 다른 2개의 광량 모니터용 수광 소자가, 상기 광학 슬릿으로의 상기 광원으로부터의 광의 조사 위치에 대응하여 원주 상에 배치되고, 또한, 상기 강도 분포의 각도 주기의 (홀수(odd number)/2)의 간격으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 로터리 인코더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광량 모니터용 수광 소자의 반경 방향의 양단은 모두, 상기 광학 슬릿을 거친 상기 광원으로부터의 광의, 상기 광량 모니터용 수광 소자의 표면에서의 분포에 있어서의 반경 방향의 폭의 범위보다도 안쪽 또는 바깥쪽에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 로터리 인코더.
